A-410 is a top flight premier unit at Maui's Haleakala Shotes in the beachfront town of Kihei. The unit is a top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that is newly remodeled and refurnished. November, 2008 was the first time the unit was opened to vacation rental. Local phone and internet service provided.

Haleakala Shores is located within 150 yards of Kamaole Beach III which is equipped with lifeguards, showers, barbecue grills and tables. An excellent snorkeling area is situated just off the beach. During the winter months, when the whales visit Maui, you can see them from the beach.

Haleakala Shores is located within a 25 minute drive from Kahalui Airport. Top flight restaurants are within walking distance of the condo. The world class Wailea Golf Course is within a 5 minutes drive.

Nine top flight golf courses are located within a 25 minute drive. Shopping is within walking distance and the luxurious Wailes Shopping Village is only a five minute drive. A cinema is also only minutes away.

The 1200 square ft., completely furnished top floor unit is bright and open with a vaulted ceiling. The unit was completely remodeled and refurnished within the last year.

About Dave Brady

My name is Dave Brady. I have owned Halakala Shores A-410 since 1985. In November, 2008 the unit was rented on a short erm basis for the first. Prior to that it was rented on a long term basis. The unit was remodeled in 2008. I have also owned a one bedroom unit in Kihei since 1989. I'm a recently retired educator and go to Maui whenever possible The Chicago area is my home.

I choose to buy Haleakala Shores A-410 because the quiet nature of the complex, the size of the unit, the high ceilings of the unit and the unit's location in Kihei to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

What makes this condo unique

When in Maui, I enjoy the quiet aspect of unit and Maui versus the hustle/busttle of Chicago. The freindly nature of the people of Maui is also very special.

The property grounds are well kept

Condo was fine, air conditioner needs to be replaced as it hiccups now and then. Pans could be replaced, overall we enjoyed our 2 weeks at the condo. The location is fantastic! Centrally located for all of our needs.

Perfect vacation

Just came back from 1 month vacation in this confortable appartement.It Was perfect for us two couples.The beach Is just the other side of the street.So you can go take a walk On the beach in the morning and have lunch out On the laina.

And return to the beach to see the beautiful sunset On the Pacifique Océan.

The condo his top floor with a view On Haleakala mountain on one side and a little bit of the ocean on the other side.

We did BbQ near the pool many Time.

It Is very clean.

Kihey area Is realy nice place to stay.You are near shops grocery and restaurant.

The wheater in Mauï Is perfect.We saw flowers every where.

I hope we will have the chance to go again in this appartement.

Fantastic Stay

This property was perfect for our family (kids 9yrs & 11yrs). It is conveniently located between Kamole Beach 2 and 3. It is just a block or two away from all of the shops and restaurants and yet it is very quiet and peaceful. The unit is situated South/East facing, so we saw the sun rise over Haleakala each morning and set over the ocean at night, all from our lanai. It is on the interior row of the complex, therefore we did not hear the traffic of S. Kihei Rd and we were always sheltered from the wind. Property grounds were clean, well maintained and family friendly. The unit may have lacked upgrades, such as stainless appliances and Granite counters, but who cares?? It was super clean, brightly and the vaulted ceilings made the it feel HUGE... which it is very large to begin with. I will book again!! Thanks Owners for a great listing.

Good location but in desperate need of an update!

This condo is in a great location, right across the street from Kamaole beach 2 The pool area is very nice & well maintained & the condo itself is large & bright. The downside is how outdated & run down the condo is. The furniture is dirty & the foldout couch was not even useable. Although there is enough kitchen equipment it needs to be replaced, the pans were in very bad condition & all the linens were really grubby.

This condo could be great with some tlc but I have rented in Kihei before & there is definitely better value out there.
