Outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 300 m from the river, in the countryside. Private: property with lawn, meadow. Patio, terrace, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: table tennis, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises, single garage. Shop 12 km, grocery 6 km, restaurant 12 km. Tennis 8 km, riding stable 6 km, ski lift 6 km, cross country ski track 200 m. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request (extra). The cottage is in a European protected locality of the Upper Malše basin for rare species of animals, the Close to the UNESCO world heritage towns of Rozemberk and Cesky Krumlov (30 minutes by car). It's a perfect place for nature lovers to watch birds and other wild animals. Hiking, cycling and cross-country-skiing is also possible in the surrounding area. Trips to Austria from the border municipalities of Cetviny and Pohori na Sumave.

Etwas Abgelegenes, geräumiges FH, stilvoll eingerichtet, ideal zum entspannen ohne störende TV-Fakenews oder Mobilfunk-Terror. Nützlich auch die Stromkostenminimierende Dach-Photovoltaik-Anlage. Bei frisch gemähter Wiese allerhand Insekten und Gras das den Weg ins Haus findet. Achtung Autofahrer: Starker Wildwechsel vor Ort !. Strukturschwache Gegend, Improvisation nötig. Toll auch der Mauergrill+Feuerschale (Achtung Waldbrandgefahr!) Nette Vermieterin, wird jedoch meist an CZ-Gäste vermietet.

Knus huis op prachtige plek

Het huis ligt op een prachtige plek in the middle of nowhere. Het is een knus huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Internetverbinding is slecht, maar zo heerlijk om eens niet bereikbaar te zijn.
