- Cleaning fee is a one time charge, regardless of length of stay. We do not require a large security deposit. Rather we charge a one-time, non-refundable $59 damage protection insurance (this provides coverage up to $1,500 in accidental damages). CANCELLATIONS (nightly or weekly) – Cancellations at least 60 days before check-in will get a 100% refund. Cancellations made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date are non-refundable. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER will not be permitted. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive or snow chains if ice or snow conditions are present. TRAVEL INSURANCE – If cancellation is a concern, we recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from CSA.

Patrick and I (Matthew) were best friends growing up in South Florida. Since then our lives have gone in different directions. Patrick ended up in Houston, TX and I ended up in Jacksonville, FL. We have stayed good friends throughout the years. One day, on a visit to Orlando, we had the crazy idea to buy a cabin in Gatlinburg. Our first cabin burned down in the wildfires that occurred Nov 2016, so we decided to buy a new one. Gatlinburg and the cabin is the perfect place where we could meet back up and bring our friends and family. With the help of some friends and family, we turned the dated cabin into the one you see in the pictures. We look forward to spending many vacations here and are happy that we can share it with all our guests.
