Zum wohlfühlen

Tolle Lage. Der kleine Garten mit dem Freisitz war zauberhaft. Erwähnenswert auch die Küche. Alles da was man braucht. Wir waren wirklich zufrieden.

Super location, manque juste quelques détails

Il a seulement 2 choses qui sont dommage c'est que ce n'est pas très insonorisé, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe à l'extérieur Et aussi qu'il n'y a pas de rideau occultant dans la chambre Sinon le reste est super, vraiment bien équipé, cuisine top (manque peu etre un micro ondes ça faciliterait pour réchauffer) Situation nickel, le font mourier est vraiment sympa, la piscine parfaite car il y a pas beaucoup de monde on a pu vraiment en profiter. On a adoré ce petit appartement

Maison agréable, relativement au calme La cuisine est moderne et suffisament équipée en ustensiles, il manque juste une poele supplémentaire La petite alcove au RDC a une porte coulissante et ne peut contenir que le lit 2 places. Par contre il y fait assez chaud pour dormir, la clim se trouvant sur la loggia malgré la petite fenêtre communiquante Beaucoup de moustiques sur la terrasse et dans le jardin en soirée

Déception

la maison était conforme aux photos sauf le jardin qui ne correspond pas du tout à la photo sur le site (terre battue), ni la piscine extérieure Télévision ne fonctionnait pas et ménage à refaire à l'arrivée, interhome non déplacé alors que nous avions rendez vous !!! ... et surtout très bruyant par le rond point de la Foux

Très belle situation, appartement en cours de rénovation, pas avec des enfants en bas âge

L'appartement est en bon état, il a manifestement été récemment rénové. Il est décoré avec goût et sens de l'esthétique. L'ameublement et les matelas sont de qualité. On regrette l'âge de la cuisine - mais il parait qu'elle sera prochainement refaite - et le manque d'ombre sur la superbe terrasse (une voile ou un store déroulant aurait été parfait). Le nec plus ultra eussent été des moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres ainsi qu'un climatisation (dans les escaliers, par exemple, pour une distribution facile du froid). La propreté laissait à désirer, des vitres par propres, des toiles d'araignées au plafond de la cuisine et dans les chambres, la vaisselle n'avait pas été faite par les derniers occupants (des couverts et des verres étaient simplement rangés dans les placards) et de la poussière se trouvait sous tous les meubles et les lits. En résumé, le ménage n'avait pas été fait rigoureusement. La description du bien sur le site internet donnait une première version de la description des lieux (agencement de la cabine), l'agence de location une autre. Au final, c'était encore autrement. Il est bizarre que l'information n'était pas maîtrisée par l'agence. J'ajoute encore que le code d'accès à la résidence n'était pas correct ! Heureusement une bonne âme sur place nous a fourni le bon code, après avoir montré nos clés et notre contrat de location. Finalement j'ajouterai que la location n'est pas faite pour des enfants en bas âge (à partir de 3 ans pas de souci). Je précise encore deux avis : - je recommande cette location qu'à des personnes averties du fait qu'il y a une cabine et que ce n'est pas sécurisé pour des enfants en dessous de 3 ans. - je trouve le prix de la location correcte, mais pas celui des services supplémentaires achetés à Interhome car, par exemple, des draps de mauvaise taille ont été fournis pour un des lits ainsi que des linges de mauvaise qualité.
