You can play tennis and enjoy the winter months. Complete kitchen with fine china, glasses, utensils.

Apartment has everything you will have in your own house.

Supermarkets, Restaurants, Movies and one of the biggest and finest shopping malls at less than a mile. Also the famous Bal Harbor mall 10 minutes away.

Building has a shuttle bus when you need not to drive.

Building is sound proof so sleep is very pleasant

Great location but, not so great of an apartment.

Good location but, not so great of an apartment. It's the truth. If you are coming from Europe and all that you care about is the location, this is a great place. But, if you're looking for quality, this is not the place. For example, the building has a plumbing problem. A very nasty plumbing problem. When you take a shower, the bathtub clogs up. We're talking about the type of clogging up that other nastiness from the neighbors will say hello to you while you're taking your shower. I asked for a refund the second day of my stay in this place because, the place also smelled like old garbage, the pillows smelled pretty bad as well and the lady basically just told me no. You've paid already and I paid by check so, no refund. . So, it was that bad that, I had to get a hotel room and stay five days of my remaining stay and I was happy to do so at a Holiday Inn. One morning I found a very drunk guy sleeping in the corner of the hallway which, it happens, this is South Florida and then, the security to get into this area is absolutely crazy. Enough of the negative talk, the valet parking people were great. The doorman it was amazing. There is a small little shop in the bottom of the building which makes it amazing and very convenient and yes this little area is called little Russia. You are surrounded by a community of Russians all around you. It's pretty cool! But the apartment isn't. You take my opinion for what it is. If this building was priced out at $60 a night, I would say that this is worth it. Anything more than that, absolutely not.

Owner's Response: Sorry to hear all this negative comments which are not true. I had many guest with not a single bad review. It was true the problem with the tub which it was fixed as soon as notified. The rest is from the mind of somebody with big problem since He arrived complained of smells that He just could feel and other things. Sorry He was not happy but guest like are not welcome
