This beautiful two-bedroom/two-bath, third-floor, beachfront condominium in Seagull Condominium is centrally located on South Padre Island beach. It's just a short drive from the fishing docks, shops, and wonderful restaurants!
The kitchen is fully equipped with new granite counters, and the condo features three balconies with a view of the beach and surf from the main balcony and a view of the swimming pool from the north balcony. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, 2 televisions, a whirlpool bathtub, and all linens.
The secured complex is beautifully landscaped, and features a hot tub, heated swimming pool and sun-deck.
The Hotel Occupancy Tax permit is 2016-932045.

This place is just as described, less than 100 steps to the beach. We will stay here again when we return to South Padre Island.

The location of the property was terrific!!!
The property was a bit dated, but very clean.
The microwave wasn't powerful enough to cook bacon, I had to use the stove top. The frying pans should be replaced. One of them burned everything and the other was so warped, it kept sliding off the burner.
The shower heads were very low. I am about 5' 8" and I had to bend quit a bit to get my head wet.
The proximity to the beach made it very easy for us to carry our beach gear and toys the short distance.
It would have been easier if the outdoor shower wasn't locked behind a door. It was cumbersome to open the door to the shower and hot tub area with all of our beach stuff. I am use to having a water hose readily available.
Thanks for your review and constructive comments. The frying pans will be replaced immediately -- I was unaware of their condition. I also plan to paint to entire condo this fall. It's very helpful to hear about the problems as well as the positives.
Best Kept Secret!
We were taking a last minute, long weekend with our girls before starting college and we found Sally's property. The condo is perfectly placed for beach access and is very convenient to restaurants and stores. In fact, walking distance to some. The condo is not new, but it's very well maintained and was spotless when we arrived. As for the owner Sally, she was a pleasure to deal with and contacted me several times with tips and reminders for our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, and the perfect location. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for a week at the beach. Sally, the owner is thoughtful and helpful!

Short but sweet is the perfect name for this get away, the condo was great Sally meet us there and showed us the ropes, it was clean and all the appliances where in good work order which is a must when at the beach, very happy with the accommodations, Thanks Sally

This lovely beachfront condo is located right on the beach in the center of the residential area of the town of South Padre Island. However, shops and restaurants are 2-3 blocks away on Padre Blvd., the main street of the town. Other Activities: birdwatching, water park, museums, dolphin watching

Cancellation policy: Initial deposit is refundable less $50 handling fee until 30 days before arrival. Reservation deposit: 50% of rent with balance due 2 weeks before arrival.
