As you step into unit 4342, you will undoubtedly notice that this amazing two bedroom two bathroom condo has been recently remodeled - the kitchen and master bathroom are entirely brand new! The kitchen houses all the comforts at home as well as luxurious updates such as granite counter tops and new appliances. From the front door, you can see straight to the gulf through the huge back wall of windows. The living room also has access to one of your private balconies! The master suite has a luxurious king-size bed, its own balcony and bathroom! The second bedroom offers two twin size beds; when you add these to the queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, you have room to comfortably sleep six people!

We stayed in Beachside 2 and oh what a view! We could see everything! The unit was fine and clean. The only negative is that the bathroom light was out and although we let gibson know, it never was replaced.

The unit we rented was in excellent condition and we had a great stay. I can't think of much that would have made the stay any better. As a matter of fact I don't think I talked to a single rental management staff member the entire time. The property was incredible and very clean. It was about as easy as it gets. I would definitely recommend this unit and property.

Condo was great for a weekend getaway! Balconies are really a little narrow and hard to enjoy time spent on them, but the beach view makes up for that. The master bedroom is a good bit warmer than the rest of the condo, but with a fan is comfortable enough. The facility as a whole is really great. Very quiet and no big crowds. Access to the beach and pool are really fantastic! All in all it was the perfect weekend getaway!

The condo was clean but needs updated mattresses as the ones there are worn out. Also, too many codes to use on this property. Code for the door, code to get to the beach, code to get to parking. I think you could leave out the code to get to the beach. Too many codes to remember when you are on vacation. Also, having to sign a 7 page contract to rent for three nights is over the top. This whole experience was like work instead of a vacation!

Owner's Response: We are so saddened to see that you felt the experience was more like work than a vacation - this is extremely rare, and we want to know anything you feel we can do better going forward as we most often receive complements on how easy and quick our processes are compared to other rentals. The reason for the parking and beach codes to ensure privacy and limit over use of the facility. Too often you will find guests who enter a building's facility even though they are staying elsewhere. This creates confusion and anxiety to those who paid good, hard earned money for the best of the best experience. These codes are here to allow for a quiet experience where only those property's guests are using the beach, pool, etc. We have our new app which is super handy dandy and stores all your codes at a touch of a button. Most of our guests have found this very helpful and advantageous so they don't have to remember 3 codes! Our rental policy is quite similar to other management company's in our area; unfortunately, in our day and age we have to ensure all members involved remain protected and understand the terms and conditions for legality issues. We just released an awesome extension to our services where guests can electronically sign all documents to limit frustration in printing and scanning. Hopefully when you visit again you'll see how we continue to make things easier and more user-friendly. We will certainly pass along your feedback directly to the Owners in case they are interested in replacing their mattress(es). Thanks again for you feedback, and we truly hope you were able to kick back and relax!

It is always a pleasure dealing with the ladies at Gibson. You made everything easy prior to arrival and the new APP covered everything we could think of. The only negative if I had to find one was that the owner of this particular unit had at least half the closets and cupboards locked for their personal use. Would have liked the extra closet space. That said, it was a great vacation and we will be back next year.
