Our vacation home is located in Sunpath's small complex.

We are Sunpath #11 condo with a convenient village location, on Northlands Blvd., across the street from the main village. Year round heated hot tub and pool in the center of Sunpath. Free high speed wireless Wifi, air conditioning units for summer and for some of Whistler's very hot days. Reservations are for 2--4 guests.

If you are a discriminating traveler and take extra time to decide which Whistler condo you want to rent, you might consider our vacation home.

FEATURES ABOUT OUR HOME:

985 sq. ft. all on one level. No stairs / no bunk beds; no ladders to climb.

Private entrance with coded keyless lock with a door code provided for our guests. Entryway and sports storage closet with heated floor.

In summer, air conditioning units are installed along with Dyson tower bladeless fans for some of Whistler's very warm summer days. Our guests have commented about how comfortable they were inside our condo during some of Whistler's warm evenings.

IDEAL CONVENIENT LOCATION:

It's a 3 minute walk to inside the main village square & to Marketplace Centre, Whistler's largest grocery store, liquor store & restaurants.

FREE GARAGE GATED PARKING, with extra parking spaces:

NO $14--$25 daily additional parking fee. You might not need your car. No car is necessary when staying at Sunpath, in case you are arriving by shuttle bus. Walk through the village or if you don't want to carry any equipment, ride the free local bus service across the street that takes you down the street and around the corner to the lifts; a short ride.

Our parking garage entrance clearance is 6' 8'. There are 4 stalls with 3 hour parking limit and 3 stalls in our visitors' 30 minute temporary parking area for you to unload your car before you move it inside the secure parking area. We have an assigned parking space for one car and there are two spaces next to our parking space that are not reserved along with a number of extra parking spaces in the garage.

AMENITIES:

FREE high speed internet. 3 flat screen HDTVs; with 113 channels. 40'' HDTV, mounted on a wall hinge above gas fireplace. Flat screen TVs on the bedrooms' walls. DVD players. Bose radio & an iPod dock with remote. Separate CD player with a few CDs provided. Alarm clocks and 2 phones; one with voicemail option.

Modern light fixtures for bright areas throughout our home.

Wall-mounted ski boot dryer.

Two bedrooms; each bedroom has a high quality queen mattress.

Retractable screen door opens out front patio with a new Weber BBQ there.

Privacy wallpaper on front patio glass door.

Heated tile entryway floor and heated floor in ski closet.

A hairdryer in each bathroom.

A large washer/dryer set with HE soap provided. New massage cushion for the recliners and new pillow massager.

CHEF'S KITCHEN: Very well-stocked.

Granite counters with deep sink; pull-down faucet. New, top-of-the line Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Custom designed curved suspended railing with 8 amber-shaded lights. Electric ceramic top range/convection oven. A variety of dishes and sturdy placemats. We have a Cuisinart supreme coffee grinder, a Bonavita Electric Teapot and a Starbuck's Verisimo coffee machine.

Our tall dining room table seats 4 comfortably.

Our husband and wife dependable cleaners own their own small cleaning company and care for our home.

Our complimentary private concierge service can help with car rentals, ski tickets delivered to our condo kitchen waiting for your arrival.

Our local Whistler repairman can be called for condo repairs.

Reservations are for up to 4 guests, which include babies. Seniors are welcome guests.

We take reservations for only 2--4 guests to ensure complete comfort. Our rates are competitive for a high- quality condo. We constantly update our Sunpath vacation home and take pride in keeping it well maintained. Rates vary depending on the length of stay.

***May - - October 9, 2017 with the Mountain Bike Park open, .. we ask our guests to store their bikes in the Sunpath complex's locked bike cages in our Sunpath gated garage. The exception is for bike events when a guest is bringing a very expensive bike and needs to store it in our entryway.

There's a bike washing station at the entrance to Sunpath's gated area. There's bike storage also at G1 Valet Company, by the lifts. If you have a very expensive bike that needs to be stored inside our entryway, please discuss that option with us before reserving our condo.

SUITABILITY:

Our home is well suited for families & couples and responsible adults. Single adults' age requirement is 26 years of age & older.

A no smoking home.

No pets.

5% British Columbia tax collected. No 2% village tax nor any hotel management tax.

About Paula

We visited Whistler when it was only known for its skiing and kept returning. We decided that we would like to own our own condo to be able to enjoy it all four seasons.

Why Paula chose Whistler

Location in the village is important and we wanted a vacation home that we could make very comfortable. Not having to drive to grocery stores or restaurants is so convenient. Everything is just steps away. There are many good restaurants, small and large, that are close to our condo complex. Stopping by some of the restaurants that have outdoor patio areas to have a bite to eat is a great way to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The village has many events year round. Fall and spring are the quieter times at Whistler with good rates for visitors.

Our Sunpath complex is small compared to the other Stoney Creek condos on Northlands Blvd. so it is often very quiet there as compared to the village hotels. And there are no nightclubs next to or by our condo.

What makes this townhome unique

Park your car and being able to stroll around the village or walk over to the Blackcomb area is great. You may not need your car again until you are ready to leave. You can also come by shuttle and not need a car while staying at our condo. We know how important it is for guests to walk into a home and see that it is as nice as it has been described on our listing. Staying at a unique and wonderful rental can set the tone for a great vacation! We have furnished it with many little extra touches so that it's very comfortable for long or short vacations. Come for a stay and see for yourself how cozy and comfortable it is. We provide many extras and our guests notice the great lengths we go to so that our guests feel pampered staying there.

Great location!

This was our twelfth stay in Whistler. We come twice a year to visit family. The location of this condo is ideal because you can walk to everything - ski lifts, trails, shops, restaurants, museums etc. The complex is secluded from the action of the village, nicely maintained and includes a very nice pool and hot tub. The condo itself is very clean, comfortable, well-maintained and well-equiped. The owner was very helpful and provided good guidance and communication. We highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful time in Whistler

The condo was perfect, everything you need was in it. The owner has thought of everything anyone could possibly need on a vacation. The condo outside is beautiful with the pool and hot tub close by, I heard its heated through winter. Soon as you walk into the condo you feel at home, very inviting and comfortable. There were games to play and videos to watch. The bed was comfortable too, just like home. It was very clean. The owner provided us with snacks and lots of goodies in the fridge. I communicated with her through out the week, and got a response back very quickly. You are in walking distance to all, the market and all kinds of shops and restaurants. I've recommended this unit to two of my friends already. I am hoping to be back. Thank-you so much for taking care of us in your lovely condo.

Great location and nice and cool in hot weather

My husband and I and his mom stayed at this condo for 6 days. It was very clean and comfortable and the location is perfect since it is very close to the village and other amenities. It was a very quiet unit despite being close to everything. There is a nice atmosphere at the complex with beautiful flowers and landscaping surrounding the pool and hot tub. It was quite hot when we were there but we did not have to worry since the condo had effective air conditioning and bladeless fans to keep us cool. We talked to some people from another condo and they were roasting! The owner was very attentive and also left us some great snacks! We were sorry to leave and would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding!

My family and I have visited Whistler many times in the past at various locations but none has come any where close to Paula's condo! The location is wonderful where everything you need is within walking distance, however, it was the extremely warm welcome that we received walking through her doors with the cupboards stocked with our favourite foods, every convenience provided and the coziness of her condo that will keep us coming back only to this place in Whistler from now on! Thank you for everything Paula

In addition to everything Brenda H. said, it's important to note the excellent location for skiers: The ski bus stops right across the street. The pedestrian main street is half a block away, and the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas are an easy 10 minute walk away. There is a grocery and pharmacy nearby. The museums and most of the restaurants and shops are near enough to walk to. There is excellent public transport.

It's a big advantage to have free parking in Whistler; many places charge a fee.

Paula is the most thoughtful generous Owner you will ever encounter. The fridge had lots of treats and staples like butter because as she said, "it's so expensive to buy there"...! She asks and provides special items if requested in advance (seaweed for me) !

Her handyman answered the phone right away both times we called to ask how to operate the TV & computer access.

Pool and hot-tub just across the walkway , and leave the toiletries at home; the bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion.

Thanks for the extra special attention to making guests feel comfortable; we'll be back.

Only complaint: Please offer pay with Paypal or accept American Express.

Highly Recommend!

We highly recommend this Whistler condo! The owner, Paula, is outstanding to work with and her attention to detail is extraordinary! The condo is exceptionally clean and very warm & inviting. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. We used the washer & dryer a few times during our stay and appreciated that Paula even had laundry soap and softener for us to use. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would possibly need for your stay. Everything is labeled with instructions for easy use. High-end appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer), stereo, flat screen TVs (even in the bedrooms), DVD player, high speed wifi, fireplace that heats the entire condo, outdoor BBQ, drying rack for your skiing clothes, boot/shoe dryer, hot tub close to the condo, underground FREE parking, etc!

We have traveled to many places around the world over the years and utilized various vacation rental websites. This -by far- is the best experience we've had. In addition to Paula's quick response and detailed emails, the condo was exactly as described and the abundance of treats Paula had for us upon our arrival was incredible, including wine! We arrived very late in the evening so it was great to have milk, eggs, butter, cereal, coffee & snacks already in the kitchen for us!

Another bonus with renting this condo is the complementary concierge service! After we booked the condo Paula indicated we would be contacted by Shirley who is the owner of Peak to Creek Concierge Services. Shirley was very helpful and assisted us in arranging discounted ski and snowboard rentals, lift tickets and tickets for Fresh Tracks. She also provided restaurant recommendations and offered to make the reservations for us. All of our tickets were waiting for us at the condo when we arrived with Shirley's contact information if we needed anything during our stay.

We would highly recommend this Whistler condo! In addition to everything listed above, we really enjoyed getting to know Paula a little better through our email correspondence. She truly is a remarkable woman who is passionate about Whistler and making sure all of her guests have the best experience while visiting!
