It's a 3--5 minute walk to restaurants/and village square. Free parking. No car necessary. Walk everywhere. Year- round heated hot tub & pool. Two air conditioning units installed June-Sept. All one level; no stairs. Private entry with heated entryway floor. FREE high speed Wi-Fi. 3 TVs. Ski boot dryer. Retractable screen door opens to front patio with BBQ grill. A full size washer/dryer set. CHEF'S KITCHEN: Well-stocked. Granite counters. LED Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Ceramic top range/convection oven. Cuisinart coffee maker with K cup. Same dependable cleaners for every reservation. Concierge service is included.

***May - - October with the Mountain Bike Park open, bike storage available in Sunpath locked bike cages in the gated garage area. ** If you have a very expensive bike that needs to be stored inside our entryway, please email about this option.

HOUSE RULES: The person who is making the reservation needs to be staying there. Adult age is 26+ to rent. Please ask about our other house rules.

About Paula

We visited Whistler when it was mainly known for its skiing. We decided that we wanted to own to enjoy Whistler's four seasons.

Why Paula chose Whistler

We chose our vacation home because of its location. Not having to drive to grocery stores or restaurants is so convenient because Whistler now has lots of pay parking spots. Many good restaurants, small and large are close to our Sunpath complex. Fall and spring are the quieter times at Whistler so you can take advantage of our reasonable rates.

Our Sunpath complex is small compared to the other Stoney Creek condos on Northlands Blvd. so it is often very quiet there as compared to the village hotels. And there are no nightclubs next to or by our condo.

What makes this townhome unique

You can come by shuttle bus and walk to most areas there around Whistler. We know how important it is for guests to step into a vacation home and see that it is well equipped. Staying at a unique and wonderful rental can set the tone for a great vacation! We have furnished it with many extra touches so that it's very comfortable for long or short vacations. Come for a stay and see for yourself how cozy and comfortable it is. Our guests notice the great lengths we go to so that our guests feel pampered.

  • Queen size Beds (2) Pillow top mattresses give guests a good night's sleep. Nice linens and high quality pillows. There is a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. The twin sofa in the living room can be used if furniture is moved. Please ask about using the twin sofa so that I could also let my cleaner know.

Excellent condo for family trip

We had such a great time at Paula's condo! The condo is very well stocked with kitchen equipment and gadgets, it made cooking very easy. The food Paula left for us was such a nice treat! The second bedroom was perfect for our 8 month old, he was able to nap/sleep comfortably in his own room with the portable playpen. The condo was very clean and very close to all the shops in the village and the main chairlift base area. We definitely want to stay here again for our next trip to Whistler!

A visit with family.

Wow!! That describes everything in one word. I do a lot of traveling and this was an experience I never had before. Just hours after I booked Paula was in touch with me with all the information about the condo. I told her we were there to visit my daughter and family and she left us extra food and treats. My grand daughter is seven months old so we spent a lot of time on the floor and never once did we worry about anything being clean. There was even a portable playpen available for our use. Every appliance has instructions for their use so there was no need to ask any questions during the stay. The location is perfect, just walk to everything. I will always make this my first choice when I visit Whistler. Thank you Paula!

My staywas excellent. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The suite is clean, well supplied and spacious. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and excellent service. The complex is in an excellent location with parking and amenities.

Excellent condo and very convenient location

Paula was over the top in communicating with us and giving us all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. We have stayed in other rental units before around North America and usually they are bare bones when it comes to the kitchen. Paula had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need if cooking at home and she also left us specific items for us, beer much appreciated!

Condo has top line linens, appliances etc. so no worries ever staying here again it will be my go to place in the future.

Great 2 bedroom condo!

This is the first time we have rented a condo like this and were very impressed! Everything is self-contained, providing comfortable beds and living room chairs/couches, a fully-stocked kitchen with lots of treats and a washer and dryer when needed. Paula, the owner, kept in good contact and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We used the hot tub twice while we were there and enjoyed it immensely. We will definitely consider coming back!

Review for stay in April/2017

What more can I say, that hasn’t already been said about this place and the hospitality that Paula extends to her guest’s. This has been my second stay and hope to have many more. Her unit is in top condition. Beds are of high quality and also very comfortable. The treats are unbelievable and chosen specifically for each guest. I’d highly recommend her unit.
