Enjoy spring's low rates! Some days still available for summer. Ideally located in Sunpath's small/quiet complex across the street from the village. No car necessary; walk everywhere. Private entry with ski closet. All one level; no stairs. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom that can sleep 2 people for each bedroom. Hot tub & pool in center of courtyard. Free high-speed Wi-Fi.. Three TVs. Two A/C units installed June-Sept. for Whistler's hot summer days. BIKE STORAGE AVAILABLE ONLY in our Sunpath garage area with shared large bike cages accessed with condo key. Retractable screen door opens to front patio with BBQ. Large washer/dryer set. Updated kitchen : granite counters. New stainless steel appliances installed in October 2017. Coffee maker has a K cup attached. Concierge service is complimentary. We take pride in keeping our condo well maintained and well stocked. If you are very selective about which accommodation you reserve, consider our Sunpath vacation home as one of your choices. We have sets of returning guests that have reserved December 21 to March 29, 2019, but we do have spring, summer, fall and up to December 20 of 2018.

Why Paula chose Village North
We chose our vacation home because of its location. Not having to drive to grocery stores or restaurants is so convenient because Whistler now has lots of pay parking spots. Some nice restaurants are close by. Fall and spring are the quieter times at Whistler so you can take advantage of those lower rate times. Our Sunpath complex is small compared to the other Stoney Creek condos on Northlands Blvd. so it is often very quiet there as compared to the village hotels. And there are no nightclubs next to or by our condo.
What makes this Townhome unique
You can come by shuttle bus and walk to most areas there around Whistler. We know how important it is for guests to step into a vacation home and see that it is well equipped. Staying at a unique and wonderful rental can set the tone for a great vacation! We have furnished it with many extra touches so that it's very comfortable for long or short vacations. Come for a stay and see for yourself how cozy and comfortable it is. Our guests notice the great lengths we go to so that our guests are happy that they chose our vacation home.

Special Place to Stay
The hospitality provided by the host of this condo was unmatched. Great communication and she provided a welcome basket of treats and snacks. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. The space is quiet, beautiful and within walking distance to everything. We loved it.
Fantastic Place to Stay – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Bottom line: Amazing.
We were fortunate enough to stay in Paula’s beautiful, perfectly furnished and appointed condo for several days and nights. We found the condo to be very clean and extremely well organized and neat, and it and is filled with every amenity you could fancy -- and then some. The beds are high quality and comfortable, and so are the recliners and couch in the living room. She has installed top-of-the-line appliances throughout, and created a wonderfully stocked kitchen that was a joy to cook and prepare in. The dining and living area was just right for our family of four.
Paula is so hospitable, and she treats her guests like family. She is overly generous with food gifts and other unexpected niceties. The condo is well stocked with all sorts of things to make the stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. Paula’s communications (emails, instructions, helpful notes/explanations around the condo) are simply stellar; she goes out of her way to make the visit as easy as possible for her guests to find and understand everything. We’ve stayed in so many homes and condos over the years and never has an owner been so caring and accommodating as Paula. She is a gem, and so is her condo.
Sunpath #11 is situated in an ideal location in the upper Village area, very convenient to shopping and dining yet very quiet. Access to the common hot tub and swimming pool are a great bonus that we took advantage of after each day of skiing.
There is nothing we would wish to be different, and absolutely nothing missing from this place. We will come back to Sunpath #11 again and again in the future.

Great location, very clean and well equipped Whistler Condo
ideal location with easy access to Whistler, Blackcomb lifts, easy access to both Whistler village and Village North for shopping and dining. The Condo is very clean with all new appliances. The owners have definitely put a lot of thought into what Whistler skiiers need with plenty of hooks for coats and the ski boot dryer is a definite perk.
Thank you for taking the time to post a review about your stay at our Whistler vacation condo. You were great guests. I'm sorry that I gave you too many guests food gifts for your stay and that the end of your stay was disrupted with learning that your flight back home had been suddenly cancelled.
Very comfortable two bedroom

Excellent condo, squeaky clean, great location, and quiet complex.
We stayed at Paula's condo for three nights with and adult nephew & wife. We have been to Whistler many times with out of town guests, but this was the first time we didn't stay in a hotel. We highly recommend Paula's condo for the noted reasons, and will definitely stay there again (versus a hotel) if it's available.
Paula is accessible via email, and available to answer questions or concerns (we had no concerns). She also provides food items for guests' use (which is unique in the rental condo world).
Bottom line is: we highly recommend this condo, and will stay there again.

EXCELLENT CONDO WITH WONDERFUL OWNER
Paula's home is beautiful. GREAT location and comfortable interior! Paula was very attentive to any questions and was readily available throughout the rental process as well as during our stay. As the temperatures were high during our stay, the air conditioners in the unit were perfect! Something the majority of other accommodations do not have. Paula went above and beyond in providing certain groceries such as protein bars for our daughter who was racing Crankworx. This was a huge benefit to have at the home upon arrival allowing us to go the IGA later rather than having to rush there first. I cannot overstate our enjoyment of Paula's home as well Paula herself. We felt like family!

Additional information about rental rates
The person paying for the reservation needs to be staying in the condo. Before accepting this reservation, guests are asked if they will accept our House Rules, which include leaving the kitchen and appliances clean on check out day. If the BBQ is used, brush it off. Please start the dishwasher and start the washing machine with any towels that need washing, before checking out. Please let me know if you are bringing bikes and if so, if you can store them in the bike cages at our condo complex. Our vacation home has two bedrooms and a queen bed in each bedroom for 2-4 guests. Any special requests or additional information about your stay, please let me know. Thanks, Paula
