This beautiful 2 BR condo is in the Capital Peak A building in the new Snowmass Village. Overlooking the ski slopes from the second floor, this unit has an incredible view and ski-in ski-out location that cannot be beat.

The unit has an outdoor deck, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and flat screen TVs in living and bedrooms. The ground floor of the building features a restaurant and ski shop, ski lockers, and meeting rooms. The complex includes two hot tubs, fitness center, and rec room with pool table.

The buildings next door feature day-care/ski school for kids, more restaurants and shops. The new gondola is only steps from our door and there is a lift across the courtyard.

Snowmass Village has recently started expanding again and our building is in the heart of the new section at the base of the new gondola. It will ultimately feature numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and spas as well as two new hotels (The Viceroy is already open with a great restaurant). The building next door features a huge kids club and ski school available to residents. Snowmass ski area is one of four mountains in the area run by Aspen Ski Company.

It is a diverse and entertaining ski area with numerous dining facilities and high-speed lifts. In the summer, Snowmass features two major music festivals as well as other outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, and rafting. The town of Aspen, five minutes from Snowmass, is active year-round and features unparalleled dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

The Aspen airport has direct flights throughout the country as well as frequent short hops to Denver International Airport. If you prefer to drive, it is 3.5 hours from Denver on I-70.

The property was new and in a great location in Snowmass and close to Aspen.

Overall, the property was in great condition. It was spacious and well stocked with general household needs. Roget was very helpful to ensure that our stay was a good one! One negative point is that some of the sheets (although I can tell they had been washed) had old stains on them.

You'll be spoiled once you stay here ...

This condo is fantastic! Unbeatable location for skiing Snowmass. It literally took us 10 seconds from our building front door to the Elk Camp Gondola. (Add 30 seconds each morning to stop by our private ski locker, where we stored our equipment overnight.) From our private balcony, we could watch our kids ski down toward the Village Express lift.

The condo itself is beautifully furnished with high-quality bedding, linens, dishware, cookware, extra pillows & blankets, etc. Upon our arrival, the condo was stocked with a week's worth of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, salt/pepper, detergent, and a mound of clean towels in each bathroom.

We ate in for most meals (including lunch on our daily midday ski break) and had easy walking access to the grocery store for re-stocking. We were also surrounded by multiple nice restaurants in the Base Village, and our private garage parking spot made it easy to dash over to Aspen for dinner one night.

Renting from this owner was a pleasure. as was working with the local property manager. We will definitely be back!

Stunning Condo

My girlfriends and I stayed at this property at the end of February for 4 nights and we had a wonderful time. The property is well maintained and the location is excellent. We were literally a few steps for the gondola, restaurants, ski shops, the ski rental place and so much more. To describe this property as a ski in/ski out is an understatement because it is literally a stone throw away from anything you would want and/or need within Snowmass Village; even the grocery store (Clarks) is in walking distance. The owner, Peter and the property manager Roget are very responsive and extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property during our next visit to Snowmass!

Gondola at the Front Door!

We stayed in this condo for 4 nights in early February. We arrived after dark so it was not until morning that we realized how close we were. Any closer and we would have been sleeping on the gondolas! The condo was well appointed and the property manager made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. Good lighting, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, close underground parking. Be sure to check out the indoor playground next door for the little ones. We will definitely return.

Location, Location, Location

I stayed at this property for a week. We had easy access to the gondola, ski lifts, and transit system. We used the transit system to get to downtown Aspen and Buttermilk mountain.

The accommodations were great. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get; modern and clean.

Unfortunately with skiing and happy hours, we didn't get to the hot tubs but saw many others returning from them in the white robes provided in the units.

If you ski you must experience the hike up to Longshot. If you don't ski you must experience the shopping and eating in downtown Aspen.

We stayed at this condo for the Aspen Snowmass Jazz Festival over Labor Day Weekend. It was a perfect location and a great condo. Well stocked with necessities and extremely quiet and cozy. Peter was extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!
