Seaside Resort is a Luxurious Direct Beach Front Condominium on the Gulf of Mexico in Ft. Myers Beach. The white sandy beach is your front yard in this tropical paradise. It is located mid-island at the 4770 block of Ft. Myers Beach and it is located on the 3rd floor of the building. This condo is furnished to be your home away from home! The master bedroom has a king-size bed, mounted TV, ceiling fan, and sliding-glass doors to the screened-in balcony. The balcony overlooks the beautiful blue water of the Gulf of Mexico and the white, sandy beach. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Unit completely remodeled December 2013. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with all appliances, dishes, flatware, cookware and many other conveniences. All linens are included - just bring your beach towel!

Seaside has a beautiful swimming pool as well as a covered area with a picnic table and grill for everyone to enjoy. Unit 308 is privately owned.

We very much enjoyed our stay, and spent lots of time relaxing on the beautiful beach or at the pool. We also loved being able to watch the lovely sunsets from the lanai. The mid-island location is great and will be even better once that darn road construction is finished! It was so convenient to be right across from Publix. Thanks so much, and thanks to your Dad, who was so sweet when we had a brief problem with the TV in the living room.

Loved view, pool, and location.

It was our fist stay in this apartment and we already made reservation for the next year. This tells that we loved our stay. We enjoyed viewing sunset from spacious balcony, heated pool, having Publix grocery store across the road.

The amenities of Seaside unit 308 included everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen ware, tv’s in all rooms, comfortable beds, grocery store just steps away. A special thanks to Janet for her prompt and professional interaction throughout the reservation and stay. Dan & Sharon

Perfect location on FMB

Janet is very easy to work with- responsive, thorough, friendly, and professional. The building and property are in great shape and well-maintained. The best perk of this condo is its location on the island! It is mid-island, away from the crowds of Times Square, and literally across the street from Publix. The beach and pool area both exceed expectations. Lots of wildlife and beautiful clean sand for the kids to play in.

The condo itself is very comfortable, with almost any amenity you would need. The lanai has a spectacular view of the beach and Gulf. We visited over the 4th of July holiday, and the fireworks on the beach were perfect!

All in all, a wonderful vacation spot that I would highly recommend.

Awesome Unit! Good Building! Great Location!

The unit was even better than the description and pictures. I didn't want to leave, I enjoyed the place that much!

It' s a good building and the location is perfect...quiet but not deserted.

Janet was pleasant and efficient to deal with through the whole process.

Would definitely book this unit again when stay in Ft. Myers Beach.

unit was as advertised!!!

We were totally thrilled with the unit 308. The property was very clean and updated and the grounds well maintained. And then the beach and view were outstanding and clean. This was our 4th time on FMB and by far the best property and will refer it to friends. The interaction with owners was crisp and quick and efficient. The way I like it. Owning several businesses of my own this is appreciated! Cannot wait to visit your property again. It is close to many eat and night spots but also very quiet onsite. Perfect vacation. Thanks! Seaside Resort Condominiums is located mid-island at 4770 Estero Blvd. Publix Grocery Store is just across the street. You are also close to hiking, biking, fishing, marinas, daytime cruises, sunset and dinner/dance cruises, off-shore gambling, shopping, golf, parasailing, jet skiing and every other water sport imaginable. The island’s public golf course is just minutes from the condo. There are great restaurants and nightlife, both on the island and close by. The trolley stops at our front door! Close to shopping center, Naples, Lovers Key State Park, Sanibel and Captiva. The Southwest Florida International Airport is only 20 miles away!
