This fully-furnished, three-bedroom/two-bath condo sleeps 8 comfortably, and is a great family vacation rental. This ground-floor unit features a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico.Amenities include all linens, a full kitchen, a Flat Screen TV/DVD, in the living room, and TV in the master bedroom WIFI, wireless internet, phone, cable, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a barbecue pit. A $300.00 deposit is required before a reservation can be confirmed. Your deposit will be returned within two weeks of your check-out date. A required of (2) week advance notice of cancellation is needed for deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is a small 0.0238% fee when booking with the above credit cards.

OFF SEASON FLAT RATE: $1900.00 month (SEPT-MAY)

Policies: RESERVATIONS are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance deposit of $300.00. And $500.00 for long-term (30+days) rentals.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT is refundable less $40.00 for canceling 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. Reservation cancelled less than 2 weeks will forfeit advance deposit. Monthly reservations canceled less than 60 days will forfeit advance deposit. There are no refunds for shortened stays. Should you fail to cancel reservation held with a credit card you will be charged a cancellation fee of $300.00 for short term rentals and $500.00 for long term (30+) rentals.

APPLIANCES AND AIR CONDITIONERS are NOT GUARANTEED. There are no refunds on appliances or air conditioner failures. We try to keep all appliances in working order; any failures will be repaired as soon as possible.

PAYMENT is accepted in Cash, Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

PETS- No pets allowed on the furniture. We do accept domestic pets, however all pets must be approved by the owner before booking is accepted. For example: MATURE adult dog (potty-trained) that is small to medium size is allowed. There is a non refundable pet fee of $150.00-175.00.

A dog that barks non stop while its owners are away from the condo will not be tolerated. PLEASE notify owner when considering bringing your pet. 956-551-1379

No more than two(2) pets allowed. AGAIN, NO pets on the furniture. (sofa, chairs, beds)

Check-in and Check-out: CHECK-IN is after 4 PM and CHECK-OUT is at 11AM.

LATE CHECK-OUTS are subject to (1/2) one half days rent.

TOWELS AND LINENS are supplied in our unit. Please do not take the towels to the office in exchange for clean ones as we are not under contract. We recommend that you bring your own beach towels for the pool and beach. There is a coin-operated laundry room located behind the on-site manager's office for your convenience. If we are unable to get stains out of the towels or linens, you will be charged for their replacements. Makeup seems to be the biggest issue. Toilet paper, paper towels, soaps and any other disposabe items will be furnished initially only.

We thoroughly enjoyed the ground floor location, good view, and beach access. While not luxurious, the accommodations were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well furnished and the neighbors were pleasant. We would have happily stayed longer.

Great Location right on the beach!

We enjoyed spending our winter at this condo complex: friendly neighbors and managers and perfect location on the island. The condo is pet friendly and having first floor walkout to a fenced grassy area is ideal! The owner (Colleen Ferguson) was very sweet, with fast response to our needs or questions. She also personally brought in a new microwave, and ordered up a new king mattress set and bedding towards the end of our stay. Kitchen supplies were adequate and in much better condition than most rentals we have encountered, with soaps and paper supplies included! While the decor and furniture is outdated as compared to other units in the building, it is clean and has a quaint nostalgic feel about it. Having a great owner to deal with vs an impersonal corporate rental agency makes for an more flexible and enjoyable rental experience, and with fun and friendly winter Texans for neighbors we hope to return every winter!

Good price for beachfront property. Luckily, nobody upstairs or next to us during our stay. Look like we have a whole complex to ourselves.

The place is cleaN and have all the basic utensils for light cooking. The second bathroom is too small. Overall we have a relaxing time during our stayed.

Great place! Close to the beach, great neighbors.

We loved this place. Great neighbors, close to beach and fishing In the surf, close to stores, places to eat and quiet,pleasant surrounding. We have stayed in high end condos, this was better! Closer to beach, some green grass, activities, a pool(would have been better if heated) better bed, better sitting if you are inside. Only suggestion, a little updating with supplies, the bathrooms were small, but big enough to do what needed to be done. Overall rating great!! We hope to spend more time here again in the future. These units prove older is better!

Can't wait to go back!

Well what can I say? The beach in SPI is so beautiful!!!! What makes it even better is a great place to stay right on the beach! We were ten people in all and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is a little small for those of you that are designated to do all the cooking (ME) but it has everything you need except a cheese grater. I did borrow one from my very nice neighbors next door though. I was able to stock up enough food for our 6 day stay in the pantry and refrigerator. Beware of putting things in the fridge that have been sitting in the bed of a truck or trunk like waters or sodas because the heat of them will cause the fridge to take a long time to cool down when you first arrive. I will be packing everything in ice chests next time to avoid this or let them come down to room temp before putting them in. We had an issue the first day with the plumbing in the bathtub but it was promptly taken care of first thing in the morning. The pull out sofa bed is uncomfortable so be sure to bring some blankets to make it more comfortable and cushy. Also bring plenty of quarters with you since their is no washer and dryer in the unit itself but a coin laundry mat is located on the property. You might want to bring extra bath towels with you since you take a lot more showers than expected and go through the provided towels rather quickly or bring plenty of quarters to wash like I said (1.75 for small washer & 1.50 for a large dryer). Now as to the location of the condo, you are going to love it! The beach is literally your back door. There is nothing like waking up to a gorgeous ocean view every morning. It was great to be able to send the kids back to the condo if they forgot something and you can watch them go and come back right from the beach. The condos are an older property and if you don't mind a no frills type of place but nice and close to the beach this is the place for you. Fireworks on Friday night were great and CVS pharmacy and the Blue Marlon supermarket are very conveniently located on the island if you forgot anything. Colleen was very, very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone! Already daydreaming about next year.......
