Awesome

Family vacation celebrating Mother's day. We absolutely love St Simons Island. The villa was very clean and very well equipped. Beautiful views of th beach and ocean. Sabry our host very promptly addressed any issue we encountered. (toilet chain broke was fixed the same day) We would love to stay there again in the future.

Family vacation Fall Break

Lovely property, always well stocked, great view, comfortable beds. This is our 2nd stay here and we’d come back again for sure!! We highly recommend!

Super comfortable and convenient

The bedding and mattresses were better than I have at my own home - I’m actually going to inquire about the mattresses from the owner to see where she got them from. The kitchen was clean and had great cooking utensils and pots and pans Everything was so very nice - we had a wonderful telaxing time!

We had a wonderful time at K&P villa. Each of the 3 bedrooms had a private bath, and the living area and kitchen was open and spacious. The porch provided great views of the beach and pool. The porch rocking chairs were also enjoyable! Location was great! Easy walking distance to restaurants! Looking forward to returning for another stay! 😎
