4/10 Poor
4 out of 10 PoorThe booking picture of this cabin created excitement you cannot imagine. Our youngest daughter's 18th Birthday. Upon check in we find that the cabin is dirty. Leftover soda bottle littered the bedside tables, visible food under the furniture, and living room coffee table. However the biggest downfall was the indoor swimming pool in the basement, the temperature was a crisp 72 degrees. When we notified the company we were informed that the pool was not advertised to be heated. Thank goodness it wasn't winter because I cannot not imagine just how cold the pool would have been. My family didn't enjoy it as much as they thought they would given we thought the pool would be war, We lost power with in the first couple hours of our first night and there was not even an emergency flashlight available. During the storm the living room began leaking water onto the couch and was unable to set on. The upstairs air conditioner unit stopped working after the storm and the company was notified and no one even called us back or reached back out to us. All of the bedrooms are on the upper floor which made sleep miserable! Given the amount of money the cabin cost, we did not enjoy the weekend. Our family even checked out before 8am on Sunday morning. My daughters fun weekend was horrible.
