Great 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that has brand new 600 thread count sheets sets and brand new extra-large towels. The large fully furnished kitchen opens up to the living room and all with a view of the beach we also have an extra-large balcony to enjoy. Large Ceramic Tile throughout! Clean, crisp & refreshing furnishings, open the windows or sit out on the balcony to feel the fresh spay of the Gulf! This condo is the very closest to the beach of any of the units in the entire Horizon South complex. We have a Swimming Pool, Tennis courts, Pool Table, Shuffle board, Exercise room, Putt Putt and the Gulf of Mexico! Plenty of fun things to do right around the condo. Should you choose to venture out you are within a couple of miles from Pier Park and Frank Brown Park.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Service staff was friendly. Dresser drawers in extra bedroom would not open. Freezer ice maker bin was broken. The following were an issue but was handled when called service quickly: Missing kitchen towels, main TV broken and wasps outside of front door. There was a water main had broken and the water was shut off when arrived. It would have been nice to had been notified of the issue.

Foot prints in the Sand Retreat

Great View

Our first experience in PCB. We loved that we could see the gulf from the balcony. The condo itself is dated (stained white formica counters, chipped floor tile) but very clean and the location is excellent. The property staff were wonderful to work with when needed. We will be back!

Cozy apartment with some ocean view

Cozy apartment with a big balcony overlooking a small pond with turtles. The apartment is in the first building from the ocean, so you have a little ocean view from the balcony and living room. We and our small dachshund loved our stay.

Annual fall break trip

This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed in this unit. It has been beautifully upgraded since last year. The complex is amazing and an easy walk across the street to the beach. The kids enjoyed watching the turtles swim in the pond and the adults enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
