Fortunate to call CDA my home since 1961, and when fully retired from the Navy, we'll be back permanently. Love the Centennial Bike Trail going right by our front door, and we can ride to Old Downtown CDA, out around the lake, or even all the way to Spokane. Most of the trail follows the river or the lake- it's absolutely gorgeous.
Owner purchased this Condo in 2008
Why Owner chose Coeur d'Alene
Lake Coeur d'Alene is one of the most beautiful alpine lakes in the world. Outdoor adventure paradise. Small town atmosphere with friendly folks and excellent recreation and dining options. Refreshing crisp Rocky mountain air. Just a great place to be.
What makes this Condo unique
Love waking to the gorgeous sunrises, sitting on the balcony and seeing the bald eagles and osprey cruising the river for breakfast. Often stroll to nearby Starbucks for mocha and a scone, then back around the Riverstone Park Lake. It's so peaceful we always depart fully rested, and can't wait to return.

Beautiful views of the Spokane river, very comfortale overall
The condo was spacious, well appointed and had a wonderful view of the Spokane River. It is in a good location, near shops, movie theatre and places to eat, so we walked a couple of times. Would highly recommend.
Ready to book my next trip to CDA!
William is a great host. I have booked with him a couple times and he is a true professional. Easy to understand instructions and more than expected Accomodations keep me coming back. The condo was very comfortable and the views are incredible. The internet is fast and the beds are comfortable. The location, 5 minute stroll to Starbucks/movie theatre/great food! The condo is on the Centennial Trail which is a great walk or bike ride to downtown CDA. Williams
Condo is so well furnished and comfortable that I had a hard time leaving on a daily basis. Look forward to my next visit.
In CDA for several days for appointments
Wonderful condo with every detail and need attended to. Convenient to the highway and shopping area and only a few minutes drive from downtown. The underground parking was secure and dry. Loved being able to turn on the fireplace and see the river through the walls of glass. Spacious , clean and cozy !!
Amazing location, beautiful view.
I cannot recommend this place more highly. My wife and I stayed there for a week-long getaway and it was absolutely incredible. The view is unbeatable and it's 5 minutes from most things and 15 minutes from everything else.
The place was clean, spacious, and well taken care of. The kitchen was massive, especially for a condo. It's bigger than the one we have at home with WAY more counter space, which made it easy to cook on the nights we ate in.
The owner was quick to respond and proactive when there was building maintenance that was going to be done that took the heater out of commission for the day. However, because of the insulation of the condo and the gas fireplace, we honestly didn't even miss it. In fact, I don't know that the heater even kicked on at all during our trip despite the fact that it was in the 20's and 30's when we were there. We stayed a toasty 73 degrees and even opened up the patio door a couple times -- because we could!
It was amazing to sit out on the patio and watch the rain and -- when the temperature dropped -- the snow and stay dry.
There's lots of incredible food close by, Le Peep's (awesome breakfast) is literally downstairs, and a wonderful steakhouse and seafood restaurant (Anthony's) is within walking distance. So is a really nice movie theater and shopping center with a great bookstore (The Well-Read Moose). I'd also recommend the Wellness Bar. They have these absolutely delicious acai and pitaya bowls (my favorite was the "Crunchy Monkey"; peanut butter, dark chocolate, acai, bananas, granola, etc).
10/10 would recommend. We'll definitely be staying there again; my wife is already planning the trip.
My husband and I rented the condo for the month of September. We loved staying there and hated to leave. The condo was comfortable and stocked with everything you could ask for. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the river and seeing the geese fly by morning and night. Such a convenient location in Riverstone being able to walk to the movie theater, Starbucks, restaurants and more. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Bill.
could not have been happier with the property. It's beautiful.
Bicycle- steps from the paved 40-mile long Idaho Centennial Bike Trail.
