Just completed major renovation making this condo really nice! All new furniture. New Granite Countertops, Kitchen cabinets and fireplace treatment redone as well. Hardwood floors, bathroom renovation, new stainless kitchen appliances, Large Samsung Smart TV, plus we've just added a washer and drier in the unit. Brand new beds in both bedrooms, new dressers, pillows & Linens.

This condo is very much upgraded since renovation and easily deserves another star in ranking.

We also now offer FREE Concierge service to our guests... Need someone to book a reservation somewhere? Need discounts on rentals? Suggestions for things to do off the slopes? Our concierge Sam is available to help you with your needs to make your trip even more enjoyable and stress free!

Our condo is not only cozy and comfortable but also has an amazing location!! This condo is located slopeside in historic old town Park City. It features two bedrooms and two baths and sleeps four to six guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has a Queen bed and has an optional high end twin Aerobed which pops up to regular bed height, (22 inches) which can be set up in the 2nd bedroom by sliding the big bed over or anywhere in the condo. The couch in the living room also has a queen size pullout. There is a full bath with shower tub off of the 2nd bedroom and the bedroom with the red bed has a full bathroom across the hall with a stand up shower. The condo features a wood burning fireplace and we also provide firewood free of charge.

Additional amenities of the property include cable TV, High speed WIFI DSL internet hot spot, (20 mps) community hot tub just down stairs below the condo, common parking and a common coin operated washer and dryer downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a dishwasher.

Guests have access to the ski catwalk right off of the Creole town run which puts you within 200 paces of the condo parking area. From the top of this short catwalk you can strap on your skis and ski right down to the town lift. It is only a short walk of 4 blocks to Main Street from the lower driveway off Empire Ave.

Activities you can enjoy nearby include hiking, biking, golfing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, sledding, the Sundance Film Festival, sightseeing, boating, water skiing, windsurfing, fly-fishing, shopping, restaurants, live theater, and cinemas.

Nearby ski resorts include Park City, Deer Valley, and The Canyons. Sundance is only 20 minutes away. Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude are within 30 minutes.

If you can't find everything you want to do here it's only 30 minutes to Salt Lake City.

Pete, his wife and two boys reside full time in Florida and spend summers in Maine and get to Park City often to enjoy the snow.

Why Pete Barrett chose Utah

This property was a perfect fit for us. We wanted to get a place we could come to to ski that was easy to get to and could also offer some rental returns. This condo is so close to Park City Mountain Resort and to Main Street but just up the street so you don't have any of the traffic problems or noise issues you get staying right on Main Street.

Park City is an amazing town with so much to offer.

  • The 2nd bedroom has an optional twin Aerobed to sleep an extra person. This is their upgraded model that stands at 22 inches high and has it's own headboard. Nothing like a standard air mattress. This is more like a traditional bed. It stands up high to the same height as a pop up trundle bed. It also has a remote control that allows the guest to set the firmness to his or her own personal comfort level. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you will be needing this extra bed set up and we will have our maid set up the room configuration for both beds.

Condo for four close to town and lift

Super easy to check in and out. It was nice to be a half flight down the stairs and in an end unit with so many windows! The view was beautiful from the living room windows. The rooms were quaint, perfect for two couples. Loved the proximity to town even though hiking back up the hill was a workout! Also, so close to the town lift. Loved skiing right to the unit at the end of the day. Price was right on.

Beautiful views from windows--Loved all the LIGHT

We stayed at Pete's place the entire month of January, so I can leave a very thorough and honest opinion of the condo.

The location, as has been noted many times, is really great. You are walking distance to PC Mountain at the bottom of the hill (1/4 mile maybe--feels that going up hill more than down). AND you are walking distance to downtown/Main street. Granted, it will be a steep walk in places, but most definitely walking distance. I would suggest finding the nearest set of stairs if steep grade walking (especially on slippery surfaces) is not your thing.

Condo is compact and bedrooms are side by side, as well as bathrooms. Kind of weird layout, but at least you have two bathrooms. Living room is spacious enough for five people to sit and visit, although four is a more comfortable number overall for sleeping in the condo.

I spent many days sitting in the alcove chair with my feet propped up reading a book or just watching the snow fall and it was my favorite place in the condo. In fact, the view from each of the windows really makes the place stand out from many others. Having all the light pour in makes a huge difference in the feel of any place and this condo has two HUGE front windows and additional windows in each bedroom, so you never feel claustrophobic.

Kitchen is small, but has all the necessary essentials. The hot tub is a great feature, and to be honest, I thought we would use it more than we did. Getting down there when it's -8 was a challenge for our thin robes, though. However, it is certainly nice to have. The recent addition of a washer/dryer unit in the condo was also a fantastic amenity. I did not want to lug our laundry down a flight of stairs in the middle of winter, so having it in the condo was extremely convenient.

My only true complaint is the noise that unfortunately comes from the condo above this unit. It was a bit ridiculous at times and over the month, we had to go up twice and ask the upstairs guests to "keep it down".

Just one more bit of warning! if you are there during winter, you really do need a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Think of it as "REQUIRED", not suggested. We could not get up the hill to the condo on a few days and actually had to leave our car at the base of the mountain. Forget about the steep drive under the condo to get into the underground parking. That was impossible many days in a row.

All in all, a most wonderful vacation. We loved our stay.

Great Condo Park City!!!!!

We had such an amazing week in Park City! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (kids age 9,11). It is not large but fully functional and a stones throw away from a run that takes you to the town lift. It was clean and Pete the owner was super responsive from the time I inquired about renting the unit to actually arriving and having internet issues which he fixed immediately. We will definitely be back!

Conveniently located, updated and clean.

The condo was terrific. It was updated, clean, close to town and the town lift. The jacuzzi was lovely at the end of the day. The fireplace, with plenty of firewood available, was and added bonus. (We purchased a few fire starter logs at the grocery store to make it easier to get the fire going) The condo was close to the free bus system, which made getting groceries easy and we didn't have to rent a car. FYI- the grocery store "Fresh Market" is very good and not outrageously expensive like most resort town grocery stores. We did not use the washer and dryer which was on the ground floor, but you do have to bring quarters to use it. There were basics like dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper at the condo, so we didn't have to rush out to the grocery store, after a long trip getting there, to get essentials. The only potential downside is how heavy footed your upstairs neighbors may be. They were not partiers just heavy footed, and came in and left on a schedule different from ours. Bring earplugs if you run into that.

Well furnished and excellently placed for slopes and main street

We found the location of this property excellent. It was a short walk to the slopes where you can ski down to the town lift so if you leave the house at 8:45 you'll be on the first chair up. The walk down to main street is about 5 minutes. Its quite a steep slope so the walk back takes a bit longer, especially if you're properly fortified from the restaurants and bars.

The shared hot tub on the ground floor of the condo is great after a day on the slopes and we used it most days. Inside the the house is nicely furnished with televisions in each bedroom and easy access to bathrooms. It suits two couples really well.

Pete, the owner, is quick to respond to any questions/requests.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Very comfortable and convenient

A homely, very comfortable place for a family, or 2 couples, to stay. Convenient for the slopes - only a short walk - and for the Main Street restaurants and bars. Especially liked the open wood fire after a hard day in the powder.

NEWLY RENOVATED!!! Just finished a complete renovation. All new furniture throughout the condo. Updated kitchen with granite counters, upgraded fireplace treatment, wood floors. Just added a washer and drier to the condo also! Looks great! Special deals for first couple weeks in February and March! Inquire about special deal offer. Awesome location. Hard to beat for the price! Very close to town. Just a few blocks down the hill from the lower Empire Ave driveway that leads out from the downstairs parking area. We are directly off the Creole Run on Park City Mountain Resort. Ski down Catwalk to withing one hundred paces to our parking lot. Short walk up this catwalk lets you strap on your skis and ski down to the town lift to get quickly up the mountain.
