Newly remodeled and furnished, our unit is elegant and fully-loaded, with everything the discriminating traveler prefers. Granite kitchen and baths, travertine floors, mahogany cabinets and 180 degree view of the ocean. Four flat-screen TV's, custom sound system, Wi-Fi, fully-stocked kitchen and outdoor teak dining area on covered lanai. The master bedroom and bath has wide ocean views and is located on the ground floor. The second bedroom has beds that can be converted from king-size to two twins. There is a full second bathroom in the hall next to it. The third bedroom is downstairs at basement level with a patio and ocean view. It is extra-large and furnished with a double bed and a queen-size sleeping alcove. The condo opens to the oceanside pool area, with a gas BBQ and hot-tub. A few steps further and you reach The Cove surfing beach, and the premier South Maui swimming/snorkeling beach, Kamaole I.
Our deluxe unit is located a short walking distance to Kihei's best restaurants, shopping, and movies. A large grassy oceanfront area in front of condo is ideal for bocce ball, soccer, sun bathing, and sunset watching. You can't find a better location in S. Maui.
This building is an owner-occupied 4-plex. The facilities are for the exclusive use of registered guests and owners only.
**Please note: the condo can accommodate up to 6 people maximum, including babies and toddlers. This is the rule of the homeowner's association and there will be a surcharge levied for any more than 6 guests staying in the condo.

Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. All monies are forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, unless the unit is re-rented. For all reservations cancelled, there will be a $100 cancellation fee. Winter Reservations: All reservations between the dates of December 16 – March 1 must be paid in full by November 1.

Our property is close and convenient to the best beaches, and all activities, restaurants and shopping in the South Maui area. It is an easy 45 minute drive to all other Maui attractions on the west and south side, except the volcano summit. That is a 2 hour drive from all points on Maui.
Year Purchased: 2005
About: We lived on Maui for 15 years, and in this condo blissfully for the past three years. A few years ago we went through a life-changing family tragedy. We lost our son, and felt the need to be near our daughters, so we moved to the East Coast. It was difficult to leave our beautiful little place in Maui, but we were glad we were able to put our condo on the rental market, and come back to visit as often as we are able. We hope others will find the rest, renewal and refreshment here that we loved and that is such a special part of life on Maui. Our condo is filled with all the luxuries we like to live with, and we hope our guests will enjoy just as much as we do.

We had a lifelong dream to live on the ocean, and when this rare opportunity came up, we jumped! We love the weather of South Maui, almost perpetual sunshine, and the fact that we are walking distance to so many enjoyable things: the market, restaurants, the park and the movies. We spend so much time outdoors just soaking in the beauty in front of us. The beach is our favorite morning and evening walk, and the view outside our windows is an ever-changing slide show of enchanted island life with surfers, paddlers, whales, families strolling together. We never tire of it. There is nothing like breakfast on our lanai, in the quiet of the day; or the sunsets out sitting on the wall at the edge of the ocean. It is a one of a kind, magical place, and Maui's best kept secret.
