Vacation in a private gated community. Three bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo overlooking 10th fairway of the Marshwood course; living room, separate dining room, kitchen with granite countertops, bedroom and 1 & 1/2 bath on first floor, master bedroom with balcony and private bath, and third bedroom with private bath on second floor.
Patio off kitchen, living room and downstairs bedroom. About 2,000 square feet, sleeps seven comfortably. Bathrooms with granite countertops private to each bedroom. Half bath off downstairs hallway. Completely furnished.
55' flat screen TV in the living room, 48' in master bedroom, 40' in the other 2 bedrooms.
There are six golf courses, 2 tennis clubs, health/fitness club, two outdoor community pools with hot tubs and one Olympic size indoor pool at the Fitness center and two marinas, that access the Intercoastal Waterway; and four country clubs. Renters will have to negotiate with the Landings Association in order to be able to purchase a pass to get access to the facilities and the golf courses.
There are also several good golf courses within a short driving distance from the condo (Beacon Park, Southbridge, Hunter Army Air Force Base, Crosswinds CC, Westin Savannah Harbor and others).
The condo is twenty minutes from historic downtown Savannah, forty-five minutes from Hilton Head Island, thirty minutes from Tybee Island beaches and Savannah-Hilton Head Airport. Other attractions within 15-30 minutes: variety of museums, deep sea fishing, boating, antiquing, shopping, gift and specialty shops, outlet malls, Hunter Army Air Force Base and Fort Stewart Army Base.
Music festival in April, St. Patrick Day* week long celebration and parade, various house and garden walks during March and April. Stocked lagoons around the condo to fish and throughout Skidaway Island a few minutes walk from the condo.
Village with post office, grocery store, library, and other shops within one mile of the condo. Linens and towels provided, kitchen outfitted for light meals, heated and air-conditioned. Accommodates 1-7 guests. TV in living room and every bedrooms. No smoking or pets.

A golf cart isn't included in the rental. It has to be rented at a club house. It is forbidden to park any cart in the backyard (in order not to damage the irrigation system).
It is the guests responsibility to make sure they take all their belongings before checking out. If anything is left it is left at the renter's risk.

Lovely home. Short on things like towels, toilet paper, etc. View is fantastic and lots of living space. Would definitely rent again.
We booked this condo while or home was undergoing hurricane repairs. This is an absolute gem of a condo with beautiful views, and very comfortable and lovely furniture and decor. There is most everything that you need already there and ready when you walk in. The owners are very kind and a delight to do business with. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to get away on a vacation or even traveling for business.
This property was the perfect home away. Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen. Perfect for a girls weekend or family trip. I could not have asked for more. Extremely spacious, looking out on the golf course. A short drive to downtown Savannah. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay at Skidaway Island.
I stayed here with my husband and my adult sons and my oldest sons wife. We all enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and very comfortable. Everything was as it should be except for the beds. There were two regular and one king not as advertised. There looked to be some mix up as there were new beds but one matress was too small for the frame. That was a disapointment. Also the pools and use of the facilities are not included in the price. The gate was also a problem getting in and out of the property. Be sure to get an access pass before you drive out if you didn't get one on the way in. Other than these minor problems the house was great.
We love the Landings property. This is our second visit to this property. It is a beautiful island and beyond peaceful
It is time for update on this unit. There are numerous issues which need attention
Once this is completed I would stay again.
I believe this has to do with property changing hands and new owners.
