Upon looking closer, you will be amazed at how all the windows from every angle on the first floor bring the mountain beauty of the outside inside. Solid oak wood floors add warmth and coziness along with the paneled wood doors found throughout the condo. Eating at the wood table in the dining area that comfortably seats six will be a relaxing experience as the floor to ceiling windows draw in the outside view of the river and the rocky foothills surrounding this condo.

The family room will beckon you to come and sit in the leather sofa or chair where you can relax in front of the stone gas fireplace. A large flat-screen TV is available for your enjoyment.

At the day's end, a large master bedroom on the first floor awaits you with a King bed and a calming view of the river and mountains. The walk-in closet provides space for all your belongings. Walking into the master bath, you will be impressed as you notice the tile floors and counter tops with walk-in shower.

Completing the first floor is a half bath and a room with a washer and dryer.

As you walk upstairs, you will notice that the view continues into the loft sitting area where a person can relax or read a good book.

Guestbook comments from the manager

We loved getting out here again! We saw lots of elk; 2 bulls right at the deck! We also saw a family of deer, turkey, big horn sheep (up in the high country), and hundreds of trout in the street going into Sprague Lake. Hope to be back next spring!

Beautiful Condo and Great location; Maintenance and services need improvement.

  • 4 of 5

The property location was terrific with a wonderful view and sound of the rushing waters directly behind. The condo was clean and appeared to be well kept when we arrived. After a more thorough look around, we found that one of the shades in a bedroom was broken. A quick call to maintenance and the shade was replaced within an hour. A few other things bothered us about this rental. The pillows on the king bed in the master bedroom were hard and uncomfortable. Other pillow options could have been left in the closet. The entire 4 days we were there, the Internet was not working properly. We called 3 times and complained, but the Internet connection was never fixed. We would get wifi for 15 seconds and then it would disappear. This happened over and over and over again. At other times it rejected our attempts to login by saying we had a bad password.

The binder on the coffee table contained an out of date "checkout list". It had an out of date checkout time (11:00) and instructed the visitors to place used towels in the washing machine. These instructions were at odds with those prominently displayed on the kitchen counter.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the input. The owner owns both the T3 and T4 units. There is one modem and one router for the two units. When both units have heavy users of the Internet, the Internet bogs down. This rarely happens. We are working with the owner to resolve this issue. The response time for EPC is very fast in every case. Multiple reviews from many houses will verify this.
