Great location, clean house and all what we needed.

  • 5 of 5

Leonor was very attentive since the first day making sure we were confortable and happy with everything in the house, the house is very well located, clean, all that you need from the kitchen to the rooms, plenty of beds and space, beautiful area, close to the beach and more, the only thing that I’ll change in the house is the mattress in the master bedroom, in my opinion needs to be updated my husband and I weight together is 350 lb and was squicky, my body was pulled towards him because of the mattress quality. A firmer mattress will help. Other than that all good! And yes I’ll comeback to Leonor’s house. We had a memorable vacation ❤️

Good location, clean, comfortable with minor issues

  • 3 of 5

Overall, this was a nice rental property that was clean and comfortable, albeit a bit dated. It has central air conditioning, although the upstairs did not cool down very well. It has a relatively well stocked kitchen, plenty of regular and beach towels, and snorkeling gear. The washer and dryer worked well, as did the dish washer. The biggest problem we had was that the internet never worked. The manager, who was a delight to speak with and who was responsive on other issues, took a long time (2 days) to get back to us with suggestions, and it still never worked. The property could use a few improvements, including:

- an upgrade on snorkeling equipment - many of them were broken, missing straps, and/or missing clips

- a few more sharp knives, and a pair of scissors in the kitchen

- writing pens for kitchen (only 1 whole place)

- additional beach chairs (only 2 there; would be nice to have at least 4)

Also, the property was REALLY hot upon check in - it was 84 degrees downstairs and the upstairs much worse. It took hours to cool down to something reasonably comfortable. I know A/C is expensive in Hawaii, but it would be nice for the guests if perhaps the temperature could be adjusted down a couple of hours before check-in.

Great location and very family friendly.

  • 5 of 5

Great place to stay. Well manicured complex with all the amenities you could expect. Leonor provided all the essential cooking utensils, bbq, and beach supplies. The property was clean and comfortable. It is close to four great lagoons for kids and families (approx 1 mile from lagoon #4). Close to a convenient market and restaurants. Costco, Target and many other stores in the nearby town of Kapolei. With a rental car, you are approximately 45 minutes from anywhere you want to go on the island or you can stay close to the property in the safe and quiet town of Ko’Olina. Leonor is friendly and easy reach if you need anything. We would definitely come back and had a wonderful experience.

Fantastic villa, great location and hostess!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at Leonore’s villa with our 6 kids, ranging from 7-20yo. The villa set up was perfect, and fit all of us very well. It has everything you need for a home away from home, including a full kitchen, beach gear, snorkeling equipment, and boogie boards.

The location in Ko’Olina is perfect, safe and a great resort community. The lagoons are calm and nice for younger kids. You can get to most ends of the island in 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic.

We highly recommend Don Quijote for grocery shopping. Leonore turned us onto it, and it’s great grocery pricing for the island.

We also recommend the Polynesian Cultural Center both for the experience and luau. Plan a full day there, though- there’s a lot to see. We loved North Shore and Haleiwa. Jump rock at Waimea Beach is a must for courageous swimmers.

Make sure to try: malasadas, fresh lychee, haupia, poke, shave ice and kalua pork.

Overall, we had an amazing vacation. Leonore is great with communication and answered all of our questions and concerns before we left, and while we were there. We look forward to visiting again someday!!

Owner's Response: The Wengers and the Jacobs were warm and loving families. They were very patient, even when there was an issue on WIFI and cable., from the beginning to the moment it was solved! They were very friendly, from the oldest to the youngest. What a pleasure to have them stay in our humble place. They are the type of people that I would rent my place anytime. Aloha and God Bless this wonderful people. Leonor

We had a great stay recently at Leonor’s townhouse. It is well stocked & the beds were very comfy!

  • 5 of 5

The living room furniture could use an update, but other than that, everything was great and we were extremely pleased with our stay! We would definitely recommend villa #7 and would definitely rent this townhouse again!! We loved being away from the busy Honolulu traffic, and the Ko’Olina area is absolutely beautiful!! Leonor also has the garage stocked with lots of beach essentials. Thank you so much for sharing your townhouse with us!! Mahalo!!

Nice and Quiet Neighborhood

  • 3 of 5

This was my family’s first time staying in Ko’Olina. We loved staying on this side of the island because of the family friendly lagoons nearby. Overall the property was nice and not too far of a walk to lagoon #4. There were a few issues with the property for cleaning/readiness upon check in and TV/cable, but the owner was very nice and accommodating. The property also had nice amenities and basic condiments and supplies for cooking. Overall, we had a relaxing vacation. Thank you.

By the 3rd lagoon is Longboard Restaurant. Inquire about the day when they have live music during sunset, while you have your romantic dinner watching the crashing white waves of the ocean. You will never forget this experience..... for when they play the

sweet music while you watch the sunset, you wish this evening will never end!

Breathtaking. What a beauty that God created!
