About Linda Caramagno

Our father moved to Point Reyes Station when he was 4 along with his brothers and sisters made a home in town where their parents owned the Old Western Saloon. Our parents purchased this home in 1959 to raise a family of three and we've owned it ever since. When our parents passed we decided to offer the comforts of home to families who enjoy exploring the coast using the house as a base to rest and recouperate.

Linda Caramagno purchased this house in 1959

Why Linda Caramagno chose Point Reyes Station

Point Reyes Station is a very unique and wonderful place to visit with all the many sites to see and miles of coastland to explore. Not to mention the hundres of miles of trails to hike. We want others to explore and experience the magic this area provides.

What makes this house unique

The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for a large family or group. The yard is fully fenced and private offering plenty of space to dine and lounge outside. The kids and dogs find the yard to be heaven with it's green grass and open spaces.

Perfect Family Getaway!

  • 5 of 5

Our group consisted of 3 couples, 4 small children and 2 dogs. The house was perfect for our large group! Everyone was able to have their own room and the kids loved playing in the small "office" that was full of toys and games. The yard was fully fenced to keep in our pups and was divided into 3 separate parts so the dogs could run around in one part and the kids could play in the others. The kitchen and dining room were small for our group, but the large outdoor space and large living room made up for it. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, as we ate most meals in. There were plenty of plates, pans, utensils, etc The rest of the house was fully stocked with plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. Linda was great to work with and easily reachable by email. We didn't require anything once we checked in, but I am confident that if we had Linda would have taken care of it right away. Highly recommended!

Loved the place and location. Only two problems, we couldn't get coffee pot to work first day.

It worked second day? Also, my friend is allergic to feathers and there weren't any non feather pillows and there was a feather bed under the sheets, so she switched beds.

perfect house and yard in perfect location

  • 5 of 5

The house was comfortable and attractive with everything we needed. A bonus was the collection of toys, which our almost-six-year-old loved. But the best best thing was the huge fenced yard, so we could turn the kids and dogs loose and not worry. Second best was that it's within easy walking distance to "downtown" Pt Reyes Station, so the children's beloved Bovine

Bakery was easy to get their mother to take them to. We want to go back there a lot!

Family Reunion and Grandson's 5th Birthday

  • 5 of 5

Best Family vacation ever! This property was incredibly clean and comfortable and had within it everything you needed to have a great time. I felt so fortunate to find this affordable and perfect home. The fenced back yard was perfect for BBQing and for ensuring little people did not escape. There are so many wonderful things to do in this area that you can either walk to, or take a short bus or car ride. Plus the owner of the property is a great communicator which is a bonus. We are planning another family reunion and have no doubt that we would want to stay here again!

Spent two nights on a girlfriends getaway in this wonderful cozy, very clean spacious house with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect - walking distance to town and close to the parks and beaches. We loved it and plan to return!

A cozy place to escape

  • 5 of 5

I spend a great deal of time in the Pt Reyes Station/Pt Reyes Seashore area although it's usually RV camping in Olema. I wanted a non-camping get-away for my daughters, grandkids and myself and this home did the trick. The location is easily accessible to Pt Reyes Station (you can easily walk to town) as well as the National and State Parks and beaches the area is known for. We were a group of 6 and the house provided plenty of space. The bedrooms were lovely, especially the two back bedrooms (master and a smaller "master) which both had beautiful furnishings. The master bedroom contained absolutely gorgeous antiques...we didn't let the kids in that room. The smaller "master" had furniture reminiscent of mine as a child of the 1950s-60s...except much nicer. All the beds were comfortable as were the sofas in the living room. The dining room easily accommodated all of us for meals. Had we not had the oh-so-welcome rain, the kids would've enjoyed the large, fenced yards.and it would've been lovely to have had coffee in back yard. I'd definitely stay here again.
