Guestbook comments from the owner

"I'm pickey,,The Cottage was awesome!"

Only a 10-15 minute walk from central area of town, the cottage at the price paid was quite a value. It was supplied with a number of amenities such as cold bottled water, coffee, everything you need to cook, snacks and plenty of towels and bath soaps. Lee and Pat are very accomodating if you need them and invisible if you don't. Was very at ease there. Oh yeah,,the bed was great.

Loved the cottage, love the location. Can not wait to come back again

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I came to enjoy our first get away in 25 years without children. We loved the cottage it was the perfect size and in a beautiful location. We walked to downtown to eat, shop, and have a drink and comfortably walked back in the evening to enjoy a quiet evening on the patio. We can not wait to come back again.

Cute little place close to downtown Eureka

  • 5 of 5

My sister and I enjoyed our stay here as a base for going to the fall craft fair at War Eagle Mill, seeing caverns, and exploring Eureka Springs. We like to make our own meals and the kitchen accommodated us well, with the exception of needing a teapot. We had to heat our water in a saucepan. I'd suggest adding a teapot for those of us who won't microwave our water or use the coffeemaker for tea. Also, the little shampoo and soaps were nice as I forgot to bring any, I'd suggest actual conditioner too as the "conditioning shampoo" isn't conditioning. We enjoyed the little outdoor table with awning for most of our meals and loved all the flowers and plants and yard ornaments. Also, this is at the base of Magnetic Dr. and we enjoy Magnetic Mountain. We discovered the OMS property nearby, searching for a place to practice yoga. That was a treat. If you practice yoga or meditation, look them up. Many thanks Patrick and Lee, for a lovely little place to stay.

Be careful -the map showing our location is slightly off. We are almost at Main & Magnetic, NOT @ Mill Hollow.
