|Minimum Stay||2 nights|
The Out on Main Guest Cottage is located right on Main Street within Eureka Springs' Historic District. You can park safely off-street, and take an easy walk to the Downtown area of quaint buildings, eclectic shops and fine dining that the city is known for.
With warm, contemporary furnishings, we offer a peaceful and cozy place to base your explorations of the surrounding area (there's just so much to see and do in the region!). A large sitting area with Cable TV and a DVD player can support quiet nights spent at home. The Queen sleeper sofa allows for children, and the fully equipped kitchen makes the cottage perfect for extended stays (no need to eat out every night!). There's also a large private deck with a grill.
"I'm pickey,,The Cottage was awesome!"
Only a 10-15 minute walk from central area of town, the cottage at the price paid was quite a value. It was supplied with a number of amenities such as cold bottled water, coffee, everything you need to cook, snacks and plenty of towels and bath soaps. Lee and Pat are very accomodating if you need them and invisible if you don't. Was very at ease there. Oh yeah,,the bed was great.
We loved it. Clean, charming, seamless check-in, and very walkable to everything. Thanks to Patrick and Lee!
My daughter, granddaughter and I had a wonderful trip. We spent 2 night in the cottage. The cottage is extremely clean and decorated so cute. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal even though we ate out most of the time. The patio is so peaceful, the gardens and landscaping are just beautiful. Patrick and Lee were so nice and always willing to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here if we go back to Eureka Springs.
My wife and I stayed in the cottage on main st five nights. We really enjoyed it's location and charm, Although, we never walked to downtown area, we did see many people coming and going to and from downtown. there is a bus stop 100 yds.from the cottage. This makes it easier than walking. Our inn keepers made our stay even more inviting by allowing us privacy and at times visiting in the yard with us. the cottage was spacious enough for us to unwind , relax and do a little hometown cooking. We kept busy for all five days touching upon many interesting sites and venues around the area. We would recommend to all travelers this fine cottage and gracious hosts.
Really felt so much more comfortable than a B&B which are usually quite small. Kitchen, living room, bedroom were spacious. The closet was a large walkin with dresser & small table for suitcase. Owners were very accommodating. Great little deck for coffee.
We had such a perfect quiet New Years in eureka & the cottage was perfect, clean and the owners are great!! We found our new place to stay when we don't feel like the hustle and bustle of the hotels. It's a nice easy walk to town too!!
We loved our weekend in Eureka Springs at this cottage. It is extremely clean and very well decorated. It was quiet and quaint. (There is no door between the bedroom and the living area but that didn't bother us.) We would happily return. Great value for the price.
Be careful -the map showing our location is slightly off. We are almost at Main & Magnetic, NOT @ Mill Hollow.
