Why Sherri Levin chose Estate Nazareth
Definitely chose this property because it comes with Sherri, your personal built-in concierge! Sherri will be available to answer questions, share experiences to help you make informed dining and shopping decisions, and tell you what and where to avoid. She can also remain invisible if you are not interested in any service she could provide. Anyone who has been to St. Thomas will confirm that the East End is the Best End of St. Thomas. All of the big hotels are located on the East End, with the exception of the Marriott. The East End has plenty to do: restaurants, bars, sports bars, deep sea fishing boats, shops, etc. You'll also find the necessities of life: grocery stores, banks, medical care, pharmacy, physical therapy, gym, private mailing service, gasoline, nail salon, massage, hair salon, and more (just ask me). One very big advantage of renting in Cowpet Bay East is that our beach is small enough that cruise ship excursions never dump off a bus full of people. Another big advantage of the East End is that you can get to the Red Hook Ferry Dock in a few minutes (1.5 miles from the condo). Take a ferry to St. John, US Virgin Island. Or venture over to the British Virgin Islands of Tortola, Virgin Gorda, or Norman Island, which is one of the islands said to be an inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson's pirate novel Treasure Island.
What makes this Condo unique
In addition to all the amenities there are cabs on site most of the time so a car is not needed. Want an upscale lunch or dinner? The Ritz Carlton is right next door and they welcome non-guests to their facilities.

Awesome, great place!!!
Property is very close to the pool and beach. I would say probably one of the better locations on the property. It is dated, but very comfortable. It has all of the amenities that we needed. Also it is very safe and secure. Sherri is awesome to work with and communicates quickly and proactively provides information about the island. We had an amazing time and my husband is a big fan of snorkeling and said the point off of Cowpet Bay was the best he saw between St Thomas and St Johns. Also the beach was always clean and the restaurant on the property was amazing although the kitchen in the condo had everything we needed.
Thank you for the fun!!!

The contact numbers on the VRBO was incorrect. I was not given the Lockbox number. When I arrived I was unable to enter my unit. The numbers that I had did not work. The property manager did not have a key nor the lockbox number. I had to send an email and wait for a response. This was very scary. Sherri did respond VERY quickly with all the information that I needed. The condo is clean & cozy. It has everything that you need. It is so peaceful at night. The view from the balcony is breath taking. My family & I LOVED our stay. We rented a vehicle and got to see so much of the island.
Unfortunately, the lockbox code was changed the night before you arrived due to a security risk from another guest. I hope my service more than made up for the confusion you felt before reaching me.
lovely beachfront property with incredible views! AMAZING pool that is beachside too!!
So many amenities here, the place is well stocked! It was perfect for 2 kids and 2 adults, it felt like we had our own spaces with the bathrooms in suite. I encourage first time visitors to look around the kitchen and make a good list of all the food/condiments/spices left so they don't make the same mistake I did buying duplicates - food is SO expensive on the island. There are snorkel masks and tubes in the laundry room, a BIG help as renting them adds up, plus lots of big beach towels and even some folding camp chairs. No swim fins though. Lots of small household, toiletry and medical items that can really help out, if you look around, like a variety of bug sprays and leftover sunscreen. We found Benadryl in a closet and that was great because my son developed a rash from something late at night and theres not any pharmacies close by. There are several small and medium hard side coolers too, which is awesome for bringing food to beaches!! There is a grill but if you use it on the front porch, you should put the standing fan blowing at the door to keep smoke from drifting inside the screened foyer door and keep inner solid door closed while working out on the grill. Hope that helps others for their stay! One more thing, be sure to message the owner for the front door lock box code on the day you arrive - we didn't realize thats not available through the Homeaway app/website. Oh, and the tub of water sitting by the front porch is for rinsing your feet and sandals - we're not islanders so I just didn't realize it til 1-2 days in, oops! The beach infront of the condo/pool does have a lot of floating kelp and a pebbly sandbar, but go toward the center of the bay and its clearer.
Simply put, Paradise
We just came back from our magical, peaceful & stunning vacation at Cowpet Bay. The Villa was perfect for the two of us, but could very comfortably accommodate 2 couples. It was very clean, well stocked & comfy. Sherri was an amazing host greeting us upon arrival, informing us all about the Villa & property, was very attentive to our needs during our stay & her husband even took us to the Grocery store!! The Villa was so close to the Pool. Restaurant & Beach, which made it so easy to immediately relax. Cowpet Bay is in a great location and extremely close to Redhook and the Ferry's to St. John with some of the most spectacular beaches I've ever seen. As the property is still recovering from the Hurricanes, there was only one restaurant open for dinner, however we love to cook & truly enjoyed our meals out on our balcony with the glorious view. It was a very calm & peaceful place to stay. Thank you for the hospitality, we will definitely be back.

A great condo in a great location
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. This 2 bedroom condo could easily accommodate two couples since it has two Master Bedrooms. It would also be great for a family with kids because its very close to the pool and one of the closest condos to the beach. The place is well kept, and has all the amenities, including beach chairs and coolers avaibel to the renters. That was a big plus. Finally, Cowpet Bay is our favorite location on St Thomas. Thank you Sherri for your Hospitality.
The property was gorgeous. The very best pool facilities on the island.
The ocean was beautiful and clean. The facilities were lush and clean. The pool was gorgeous and clean and soooo peaceful.
Cowpet Bay is one of several bays on the East End of St. Thomas, all which have great beaches, boating, restaurants, swimming and relaxing'. Several nearby marinas have world class deep sea fishing, diving, day sailing and boat rentals. A day on the water with a stop at the Soggy Dollar Bar on Josh Van Dyke is something you will always remember. We went out on 1/2 day trip with Double Header last winter and got a 6 foot sail fish on the south drop. The great shopping at Mongoose Junction, the wonderful beaches in the National Park and the hiking trails make St. John a must see on your vacation.
An Island Tour on both St. Thomas and St. John is a great way to get to know the islands.
