Greetings from Denver! Thank you for taking the time to review details of my rental property. I'm Christine and have been the homeowner of this property for nearly 10 years. I thoroughly and carefully renovated the home and have had the privelege of being able to host many wonderful guests over the years. One of Denver's best attributes is that it's a lively, progressive town but it has a number of great, treasured neighborhoods, offering residents a 'home town' feel in the city. The Denver Highlands is no exception - it truly is one of Denver's favorite "gem" areas. I have lived in this neighborhood since my arrival to Colorado nearly 18 years ago and have never once thought about leaving the vicinity because it is such a good place. There are endless reasons why the neighborhood is great but a few of the highlights include: it has great character; wonderful neighbors that are very friendly and good natured; people are active, social and smile; close proximity to endless great restaurants with impeccable service; easy access the entire metro Denver area, highways and mountains; and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The area is primarily residential and because of that, there have been little to no options for out of town guests to stay here. I selected this property because the location can't be beat - it truly is in the heart of the Highlands and offers visitors an opportunity to experience its benefits, just as if they were living here everyday.

Historical home, in a Denver Historical district that features all modern amenities. Thoroughly renovated, stylish and comfortable. Everything is updated, clean, and functional. Guests are thoroughly impressed with the condition of the home the moment they arrive. The number one comment I have received from renters is that they instantly feel welcomed and relaxed; home is warm, inviting, beautiful, and peaceful. And of course, the prime location of this home being in the heart of the Denver West Highlands makes for an exceptional experience. No need to get in a car to enjoy the fruits of this neighborhood. Within a minute's walk, guests can be at one of a few dozen restaurants, coffee shops and more enjoying the local flare. Location is truly exceptional.

A great six-month home for us!
This apartment was a great home for us from February through August, while we sold our house and prepared to travel the US. Our jobs are remote, and we frequently worked from the apartment - the wireless Internet performed well, and the construction from the new apartment building next door was more entertaining than bothersome. We loved the convenient walk to nearby restaurants for lunch or dinner. We stayed warm in the winter with baseboard heaters and two space heaters, and cool in the summer with living room and kitchen air conditioners plus a portable swamp cooler for one of the bedrooms. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the bedroom skylight has blinds in case you don't want to be woken by the sun. The clothes washer and drier look new and worked flawlessly. The shower always had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Christine went above and beyond to create a comfortable rental, is a great communicator, and was there when we needed her while leaving us to our own devices. We are very happy about our stay!

I highly recommend Ivan and his family to any potential property owner. They were incredibly tidy, conscientious and respectful of the home's belongings, were quiet, very organized, great communicators, proactive and self-sufficient in addressing anything that needed tending to around the home (no matter how big or small), and even helped me with a number of personal things around the home. Great people who were incredibly pleasant, gracious, responsible, and respectful; a landlord’s dream!
Wonderful property, great location!!!
We stayed in November 2015 for a few days with our 13 year old to visit family and see a Broncos game. Christine was a warm and accommodating hostess with knowledgeable recommendations on what to do in this great area of Denver! Both beds were very comfortable with high quality pillows and linens, and each room had good closet space with all sorts of little extras all through this unit that make you feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked with extras and condiments, everything you would need to cook a good meal. Wifi is fast and the washer and dryer with all the laundry soaps and softened included was great for lighter packing. We will definitely stay again!

Very convenient to Highlands and responsive owner
This is an adorable unit in a great neighborhood. Owner Christine is very "buttoned up" and responsive. The unit is small (one decent size bedroom and a very small second one with a day bed. Great kitchen. Steps are quite steep if you are traveling with toddlers or older guests. Weekend parking can be challenging (but weekday is fine). AC unit had not been put in and when we asked for it, Christine responded immediately. Lots and lots of cable channels!
Wonderful place to gather family together from around the country to visit over the holidays! One daughter and her family live eight blocks away — an easy walk in a safe neighborhood with fun shops and restaurants just steps from the rental property. This upper duplex is well maintained with lovely interior decoration. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil you might need. The owner is very easy to work with, and so helpful. The rent seemed quite reasonable for the location. I would highly recommend it!
My 1.5 Years at 3240 Meade Street Denver CO
I was lucky enough to find Christine's top floor at 3240 Meade Street in Denver CO. A friend told me about how great the Highlands was, and i listened - glad I did. I stayed at Meade Street for 1.5 Years while I moved from Dallas to Denver and looked for a permanent home. The house is warm and inviting, updated, and centrally located. All the shops and restaurants you could want are within walking distance and the home is only 10 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes to Red Rocks! Chris made my dog Max and I feel very welcome and was reasonably priced for the area. I would recommend this location to anyone!
Additional information about rental rates
Cleaning fee of $250 may be waived if home is left in clean condition. Pets may be considered but require owner approval; additional fees may apply. Pet fees may be waived if party opts in and pays Damage Protection insurance. Incremental $99.00 to reservation. City of Denver Lodging Tax will be added to stays under 30 days - this is an incremental fee of 14.75% that will be added to short term rentals. Prices quoted may not represent lodging taxes, quotes will be verified upon inquiry and validation of availability. Rental parties must provide credit card number before arrival and will be held on file in case of missing or damaged items. No security deposit is required. Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is received. If guest cancels reservation within 30 days of rental arrival; there will be a penalty of the full deposit amount. With more than 30 days cancellation notice, a full refund will be provided. Special payment terms may be offered for multi-month rentals (ie - payments spread over the course of several months, varies based on rental duration)
