Treat yourself to this fabulous, comfortable, classic Victorian brick brownstone apartment in popular and prestigious Back Bay, Boston. Settle into your spacious living room with a decorative fireplace and large bow-front windows.

The bedroom, with another decorative fireplace, overlooks a lovely, manicured patio, accessed from a lower level. The apartment is on the parlor level, one flight above the street.

Tea kettle and kitchen equipment are included. There is a washer and dryer in the building for long-staying guests. It is conveniently located near Newbury Street’s fine shops and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to Hynes Convention Center, Berklee School of Music and the subway stop and a 15 minute walk to the Boston Public Gardens and the Freedom Trail. All linens and kitchen equipment are provided. Beacon St and Hereford St, Boston MA. Parking at nearby public garages for a fee.

The apartment was pretty much as described and, if anything, a little bigger than I was expecting. The high ceilings and generous layout gives a good feeling of space and luxury. The apartment was nicely decorated, well furnished and well equipped with plenty of bedding and towels. For a commercial let, the kitchen was reasonably well stocked. The bathroom was clean and compact. Some more toiletries would, perhaps, have been welcome. The apartment is in a great street in a great location. Overall, a very good stay.

The location was perfect

Love Boston. Came to town for the fireworks. Back Bay is fantastic. Beautiful old architecture.

Room is nice. Had pretty much everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Us spoiled people were roughing it with the smaller tv in the living room and no tv in the bedroom but normal people don't care about that.

I would definitely stay here again.

Great place in a great location

Nice apartment in a great location...was attending a conference at the convention center which was a quick 4 block walk. Was really nice to have all the space vs being in a hotel room. Everything as advertised (with the exception of the living room couch/chair which isn't the black leather pictured...but still very nice)....bright and airy, very clean, kitchen well equipped. Marie was very helpful in finalizing the arrangements.

Great Boston Back Bay Experience

Spent 4 days in Boston and the condo enhanced our experience. It's so large! And amazing architecture. And great location. What's left to say. The bathroom is a little small, but we didn't mind it. We loved our stay and have told everyone about it.

This place is Great! My wife and I decided to attend a concert in Boston and visit Boston for the first time in our lives.

This place has everything you will need to stay comfortably and is located within walking distance to various shops and eatery's. The place was clean and well furnished. If you are looking to stay in Back Bay, this should be your choice!!!!

Be aware!

We looked at the pictures that are on line and pick this place for it looked nice. I was a little confused when we got there because the unit didn't look anything like what we saw online. We were on a lower level. I wish I took some pictures of the unit but I didn't. I was flabbergasted when I found out there is no door to the bedroom. When I contacted the company they said that it was very usual not to have any doors in the area! There was no privacy at all. Somebody called from the agency to acknowledge my concern, but not to address it. Besides, there were renters above us making all kinds of noise night and day. Parking garages were far from it and there is no street parking. We paid the full price for it. The level of cleanness was not even comparable to a 2 star hotel. It was the absolutely worst stay anywhere ever! I was so embarrassed to my company for picking this place. I will make sure that this review gets posted.

LONG TERM: (One month or longer) The required minimum number of months (from the 1st month onward) is non-refundable. Additional months over the required minimum are non-refundable if cancelled less than 2 months prior. (Note: Any dates we re-book will be refunded.) Months must be rented consecutively. Minimum $100 fee.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
