About Fred Douglas
MY WIFE AND I BOTH ARE INVOLVED IN THE RENTAL OF OUR CONDO. SHE HANDLES MOSTLY THE FINANCIAL SIDE AND I DO MOST OF THE COMMUNICATIONS , BOOKING AND SOME GENERAL MAINTENANCE .WE ARE BOTH RETIRED AND THIS HAS BECOME A PART TIME JOB FOR US . SHE RETIRED WITH 30 YEARS FROM BELL SOUTH AND ME FROM 2 CAREERS, 20 YEARS BANKING AND 20 YEARS AS A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. THE CONDO WAS PURCHASED TO PROVIDE A PLACE FOR OUR SON TO LIVE WHILE IN COLLEGE . AFTER GRADUATING AND LEAVING CHARLESTON WE TRIED USING A RENTAL COMPANY BUT DID NOT WORK FOR US. WE LIKE BEING INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS AND ENJOY COMMUNICATING WITH OUR GUEST. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE THE PROCESS FROM BOOKING , CHECK-IN TO CHECK -OUT AN ENJOYFUL EXPERIENCE. A beautiful and comfortable property!
This property was centrally located. Very close to Center street. We were able to walk every where we wanted to go! This was a beautiful place with comfortable furniture. Great people watching area. We will definitely be back here again!
