About Lynn Nuttall

Seacrest 901 owners are Tom and Lynn Nuttall who have made Huntsville, Alabama their home for over twenty years. They bought the Condo in 2008 for family vacations, relaxation and a hideaway from Tom’s career in defense. If you are currently at the condo you have already, no doubt, talked to Lynn. She is the drive behind the remodeling and manages the rental of the unit. She is very good at both and we are sure she has and will take good care of you and any problem that might come up.

We have three sons, Chris who graduated from Auburn University and is a Navy Pilot, Grey who graduated from Tulane University, served four years in the Army and is now employed as a Product Manager with a medical device manufacturer, and Mark who graduated from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama, Birmingham Dental School and is currently practicing dentistry in Oregon. So you can see we are a family divided during football season.

We selected Gulf Shores instead of Orange Beach or Florida because it offers a friendly, small town environment to those who appreciate a safe, whole-some beach experience for themselves and their families. We enjoy spending time at Gulf Shores and because of this try to keep our unit up to date and geared to our and your comfort. We are always updating and renewing so come back and see the new decorations and improvements that have been made since your last visit.

What makes this condo unique

Imagine walking out of the bedroom in the morning and the first thing you behold is dolphins playing in the Gulf! Or maybe a squadron of pelicans are flying by, so close you feel you could reach out and touch them. Being on the top floor corner unit has it's perks in the commanding view of the Gulf. Also, Seacrest Condos allows guests a less crowded access to the sugar white sands of one of the best beaches on the country. The smaller condos and beach houses in the area provide family orientated beach access and a less stressful vacation than those near the mega condotels.

Winter weekend beach trip

We made a long weekend visit to Gulf Shores. This was our first trip. We LOVED the condo! It was quiet and perfect for a hibernating weekend (we unfortunately picked a weekend with highs in the 30s!). The view was awesome, and we found good places to eat. We also cooked breakfast and one dinner in the condo. It had everything we needed. We were very appreciative of the extra blankets! We plan to come back later in the spring or early summer when we can get in the water and enjoy the gulf! Thanks for being so easy to work with Lynn!!!

Amazing view

This condo is located on the quieter end of the beach. It feels like home the minute you walk in the door. It is nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the appliances and cooking utensils you'll need. The view from the front balcony is of the lagoon. The view from the back balcony is absolutely beautiful. I started each day sitting on the balcony watching the people on the beach and looking for dolphins. We saw several dolphins. I also ended each day sitting on the balcony. During our visit we traveled to Pensacola, FL and ate at McGuire's Irish Pub. There is $1.8 million in ones hanging from the ceilings and on the walls. The food was delicious. We also ate at Five Sister Blues Café in Pensacola. The fried chicken and catfish were wonderful. We enjoyed a dolphin cruise in Orange beach. We ate at Lambert's in Foley, AL. They are known for throwing rolls, but the food was very delicious. We got there early, so it wasn't a long wait. We even did a day trip to New Orleans. On the way back, we stopped at The Shed Barbeque & Blues Joint in Ocean Springs, MS. It was really good bbq. We had a great week. So great, that I didn't want to leave. This was our second stay in unit #909. If I ever visit Gulf Shores again, I'll hopefully be able to stay here again.

Penthouse View!

5th visit to this wonderful place by the sea! Beautiful seascapes, top floor condo with all amenities you need and could want. It was a week of incomparable comfort and enjoyment. Billy's Seafood is a must to visit to purchase Royal Red shrimp and succulent crab meat. Condo not far from shopping centers both food and entertainment, yet retains peaceful elements to rest. A return visit is always in the works!

Perfect Escape

We spent a week here celebrating our anniversary and it was a wonderful week! The condo has everything needed to make it feel like home. Situated directly on a beautiful white sandy beach makes it better than home. The views are beautiful from the top floor condo. We liked this particular unit so much that we have added it to the top of our "must return" list. If I'm not mistaken this is the first condo I have given a 5 star rating outside of Hawaii. Gulf Shores is a great place to lose yourself for a while to unwind. Thank you for sharing your condo, it is highly recommended!

Great Place!

This is my third visit to the condo on the beach. Every day was sunny and the beach was beautiful. Our accommodations are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Our stay was lovely, stunning sunsets, friendly beach-goers abound. What I love most about this place is I can truly rest. There is nothing I could want that the owners of the condo haven't anticipated in the way of comfort. Being right ON the beach is the only way to go.
