The Ultimate Penthouse is by far the largest and most elegant property at Marina Sol Resort and was originally built and designed for the Resort developers Kurt and Lynn Lorenz.
The current owners Clint & Melissa Suveges purchased the Penthouse in 2001 and in the summer of 2014 it was completely remodeled. Luxurious, high-end contemporary features were added throughout the entire Penthouse with the Vacation Rental Client in mind. High speed internet service and modern electronic devices have also been added to truly make this feel like your personal vacation home.
The Front Terrace
This 60 foot long Terrace welcomes you to the Penthouse when you first open the Front Door. Features include overhead ceiling fan, elegant lighting and seating for 10 or more guests on the terrace. The front Terrace also features the best Views possible at the Resort as it overlooks the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard area which looks spectacular both day and night.
The Great Room
This is the largest room in the Penthouse and features 16 foot Vaulted Ceilings, 60 inch High Definition TV with satellite feed, IPod friendly sound system, comfortable seating for 10 to 12 guests and pocket doors that fold into the walls and bring the outside front terrace area inside.
Features a full size Pool Table with plenty of seating and was designed as a great separate entertainment area.
The Kitchen and Dining Room
This area features 16 foot vaulted ceilings and elegant lighting throughout. Dining area has a 9 foot Granite Island (all one piece) and seating for 10 - 12 guests, Sony Sound System and mini bar area. Kitchen has all Granite kitchen counters and seven high end stainless steel appliances, including a baking oven, ice maker and a two zone wine cooler. Both fridge and sink have purified water filter systems. Kitchen has been set up to prepare gourmet meals and is a favorite venue for our Private Chefs to prepare a meal for your group. You will not find a bigger or better area for cooking and entertaining with friends and family.
The Back Terrace
Pocket doors open from the kitchen and fold into the wall which opens the back terrace area up to the Kitchen and dining area of the Penthouse. We have set up the back terrace with a gas BBQ, overhead TV and a beautiful table and seating for 10 to 12 guests. The back terrace also overlooks the neighboring pool and courtyard area of the Bahia Hotel as well as overlooking the main walking road two blocks from Medano Beach. This back terrace is great for watching excited tourists heading to or coming back from Cabo’s favorite Beach.
The Laundry Room
Features a washer and dryer for our guests’ usage along with many items to make your vacation stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible including: freezer storage ,hotel safe, ice cooler, air mattresses, cribs, high chairs and a complete beach supplies closet with complimentary beach towels and additional pool/beach toys.
The Powder Room
Features a custom marble sink and matching Marble toilet and has all marble finishes.
The Honeymoon Suite
This is the largest and most elegant bedroom in the Penthouse and one of the features is a full size Jacuzzi soaker tub with 6 jets. The spacious granite and marble bathroom also features an open overhead Rain shower, above counter marble sink and very elegant marble finishes.
Other features of the Honeymoon suite include: King size bed (we can add an extra single bed if requested), Granite mini bar with purified water, mini bar fridge, Big Screen TV with a satellite feed, Sony Stereo system with Ipod adapters, and Vanity area. Two bar stools and a marble bar table provide a nice area to relax by the bed with a view from the large back windows that open to expose the surrounding areas and the main walking road to the beach.
The Palm Suite
This is a spacious bedroom featuring a King size bed and fold out queen size futon, Big Screen TV with satellite feed, Ipod friendly sound system and private 3 piece bathroom with overhead rain shower and all marble and granite finishes. The large back window of the Palm Suite opens to expose the surrounding Cabo landscape areas.
The Bamboo Suite
This large bedroom suite features a King size bed and fold out queen size sofa bed, Big Screen TV with satellite feed, Ipod friendly sound system and private 3 piece bathroom that features an overhead rain shower and all marble and granite finishes. The large back window of the Bamboo Suite opens to expose the surrounding Cabo landscape areas.
The Oasis Suite
Features 2 twin size beds that can also be set up as a King Size bed upon request, Flat Screen TV with a private satellite feed and Ipod player. The 3 piece bathroom features an overhead rain shower and is all in marble finishes. The Oasis suite also has pocket terrace doors that fold into the wall and open the whole bedroom up to the beautiful front terrace that overlooks the Marina Sol Pool and courtyard area as well as Marina Sol’s famous poolside restaurant named the Oasis Bar & Grill.
The Tropical Suite
Features 2 twin size beds that can also be set up as a King Size bed upon request, Flat Screen TV with a private satellite feed and Ipod player. The 3 piece bathroom features an overhead rain shower and is done in granite and marble finishes. The Tropical suite also has pocket terrace doors that fold into the wall and open the whole bedroom up to the beautiful front terrace overlooking the Marina Sol Pool and courtyard area which is planted with dozens of palm trees for a true tropical vacation feel.
