This uniquely remodeled condo has west facing views toward the ocean and across the Kaewe channel to Oahu, where the lights of Honolulu may be seen at night. Spectacular sunset can be viewed from the lanai.

About the owner: We are Richard Sullivan, an architect (UC Berkeley B.Arch 1966 and M.Arch 1987) and Kathleen Doering former nursing educator (MN UCLA 1986) who has 're-tooled' and become an early childhood educator (MEd Chaminade University 2003). We have been married 32 years and use this condo as a 'get away' from our home in Honolulu.
