In the hamlet Naro 8.5 km from the centre of Gravedona, 56 km from the centre of Como, 60 km from the centre of Lecco, on a slope, along the wooded area, 8.5 km from the lake. Private: property 800 m2 with trees, meadow. 8.5 km long bumpy, steep motor access to 150 m from the house (350 m via unmade road, mountain road). 150 m stepped path to the house. Secluded Lake Como

Casa Alma was a fabulous vacation rental. The stunning view enticed us into not venturing away (as well as the treacherous drive to the location - we were aware of this, thanks to other posts). Enjoyed sitting on the terrace and watching the beautiful sunrise/sunsets. Hoping to return!

Wir haben in den letzten Jahre...

Wir haben in den letzten Jahren sehr oft unseren Urlaub am Comer See verbracht. In diesem Jahr haben wir leider die Beschreibung zu Ferienhaus nicht richtig verstanden. SAT–TV heißt natürlich nicht, dass auch deutsche Programme zu empfangen sind (im HausEUTELSAT–Hotbird und nicht ASTRA). Kaffeemaschine bedeutet Espressoautomat und zu dem Wasserkocher haben wir früher Pfeif–/oder Flötenkessel gesagt. In den ersten Tagen hatten wir öfter am Abend Gewitter was dazu führte, dass die Hauptsicherung herausgesprungen ist, um den Kühlschrank mit den Lebensmitteln am Laufen zu halten mussten wir ständig die Sicherung wieder einschalten. Letztendlich hatte der Ölbrenner der die Warmwasserversorgung sicherstellt Probleme mit dem Zündmechanismus, so dass wir mit Unterbrechungen 5 Tage kein warmes Wasser hatten. Leider sind die Sitzgelegenheiten arg durchgesessen und in einem Schlafzimmer (das mit Balkon) die Matratzen unakzeptabel.Zum Positiven: die Aussicht auf den See ist wundervoll. Die Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück und Sonnenbaden ein – bis ca. 15 Uhr(im Mai/Juni). Mal sehen wie wir das im kommenden Jahr hinkriegen mit „unserem“ Comer See ! ? Reisetipps: Die Orte rund um den See und auch etwas weiter weg wie z.B. Lugano sind zauberhaft und immer wieder eine Besuch wert.

Unsere Erfahrung während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes im Ferienhaus „Casa Alba“:Bei Gewittern musste immer wieder die herausgesprungene Hauptsicherung eingeschaltet werden.Sitzgruppe im Wohnraum ist recht durchgesessen.Im Badezimmer gibt es keinerlei Ablage auch keine Handtuchhalter oder Haken, zwei Stühle haben uns als Ablage bzw. Handtuchhalter gedient, die fehlende Schiebetür der Duschverkleidung wurde durch einen Duschvorhang ersetzt der im unteren Bereich recht angeschimmelt ist.Ist soweit alles mehr oder weniger akzeptabel was absolut inakzeptabel ist, ist der Zustand der Matratzen in einem der Schlafzimmer (Zimmer mit Balkon), diese sind durchgelegen und jede einzelne Feder ist spürbar.Sehr positiv und absolut traumhaft ist die sonnige Aussichtslage vom Haus/ Terrasse auf den See.
