This lovely, deluxe condo has been furnished with everything you need for the best beach vacation ever. There is a king-size master bedroom with private bath, a queen-size second bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the large great room. The kitchen is fully-equipped for serious cooking... or not!

Enjoy the heated indoor/outdoor pool with whirlpool hot tub and deck or just step out of the back of the complex onto your private beach and a few short steps later you will be wiggling your toes in the emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Why Tammy Nelson chose Alabama

After looking at at least 50 other condos including some in Florida, we loved this location above all of them for many reasons. The friendly community, tons of things to do, and convenient location was part of the reasons. The State Park adjoining the property was a Huge Plus. The fact that this BREATH TAKING VIEW will never be obstructed sealed the deal!

What makes this condo unique

The condo is a 10th floor, west end unit that sits directly on the beach and has Incredible Ocean Views! Most likely while sitting on the balcony you will see the Dolphin playing, beautiful ships and boats passing buy, parasailing activities, blimps floating in the air and AWESOME SUNSETS. There are many restaurants and activities located very close and several are within walking distance. There is a new place called the Hang Out that has great food and tons of fun. It is just a short walk down the beach. Other restaurants within walking distance are Pink Pony Pub, Hooters, Sea n Suds, and Gulf Island Grill. The State Park adjoins the condo on the East, which makes for a more private setting and all you see are beautiful sandy beaches and emerald green water. We take pride in keeping the condo very clean, well equipped and decorated with a fun and pleasing atmosphere. There is also high speed Internet for your convenience. Located on the ground floor is a glassed indoor pool and hot tub, which look directly out to the ocean and beach. Just outside is the outdoor pool with a great view as well. There is a beach chair rental service available for Royal Palms Guest. One of my favorite things about the condo is when you walk off the parking deck you walk on to a short boardwalk to the beach. In just a few steps your feet are in the sand.

The condo we stayed in was very clean and well kept! The location was nice , not as many people on the beach which we liked! We enjoyed watching the dolphins in the morning too!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was perfect for my family of 4. The kids really loved spending time on the balcony & the easy assess to the beach. This was my first trip to Gulf Shores and plan to make a yearly destination.

Breathtaking View

The view was amazing. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room for us and we are a family of five. The area was quiet and the beach was not overly crowded. Plenty of restaurants close by and very easy to get around Gulf Shores. We will definitely be back.
