There is a queen bed as well as a convertible futon bed that can be opened into a comfy lounge or a full size bed.

Perfect stay!

My two daughters and myself stayed in the loft for 4 nights in April. It was perfect! Clean, comfortable and although we never cooked in we did have everything we needed to enjoy snacks and drinks when we were in. Location was good and easy to get around. Parking was no problem and Kathryn provided a parking pass, as well as directions and recommendations for places to eat and things to see. We would definitely recommend the loft for a nice stay when visiting Santa Monica.

Nice place!!!!

This place worked great for us. We walked & ubered everywhere. One suggestion would be to replace the fitted sheet with one that is not "pill-y". Other than that everything was great!!!

Kathryn's Santa Monica loft unit was a perfect option for our recent left-coast getaway. We were looking for a hybrid long weekend, a bit of beach, hiking, and biking , as well as hitting the excellent museums and other cultural offerings. It is perfectly located close to the beaches, the freeway, and public transportation.

The unit itself is clean, modern and well appointed with a kitchen so after iur morning run down to Venice Beach followed by a workout on the Santa Monica rings we enjoyed breakfast in on the private balcony every morning. There is also Starbucks a block away if drip coffee is not to your taste.

After our adventures during the day we were easily able to walk into Santa Monica for a wide variety of cuisine, our choice was Ninjin Sushi, and then a stroll for a cocktail and watch the sunset over the Pacific ocean.

Kathryn was also very helpful and was quick to respond to our requests and made our stay carefree.

We loved our Santa Monica loft getaway.

This is a licensed home-share. Although I live on premises, the space in configured so that you will have your own entrance and space. City of Santa Monica business license 215341. 14% City Tax will be added to all reservations.

NO SMOKING; NO PETS; NO PARTIES

Cancellation Policy: Refund less fees up until 30 days prior to arrival. Fees may include credit card fees / PayPal fees / Homeaway fees / VBRO fees depending upon how and where you booked your reservation. Since this is not a hotel & I don't have other rooms to take the place of a vacancy, it's a hardship for me if someone cancels at the last minute.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
