This unique 'loft' like unit has a kitchen & dining area downstairs, and a large bedroom/living area, bath & balcony with outdoor seating upstairs. There are hardwood floors throughout. The gorgeous granite bath with all new fixtures includes an amazing glass vessel sink. There is a queen bed as well as a convertible futon bed that can be opened into a comfy lounge or a full size bed.

Perfectly described and great location!
My wife and I had a great stay here after the 2018 Rose Bowl. We wanted to stay somewhere close to the ocean and close to LA to do sightseeing. This was the perfect place for us. It has a full kitchen and great upstairs loft room that had everything we needed.
The loft is about a mile or so from the Santa Monica Pier and has great access to the highway for sightseeing. I would highly recommend this for a couple that wants to stay at a great location for the beach and highway access. The owner was very prompt in her communication while booking and checked in on us after we had arrived.

We really enjoyed this unit. We were able to walk to the beach and have coffee on the balcony. The owners took care of our needs. We’d stay here again for sure.

The loft was quite clean and comfortable. Although the kitchen was small it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and large. And the little balcony a nice addition. The owner Kathryn has thought of everything from a welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates to a notebook of clear instructions. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. We will be back!
Great condo, close to beach, promenade & highways
Very clean. Excellent location. Beach and Promenade are very close (~ 8 blocks) within walking distance. My wife, daughter and I love to take long walks on the beach, eat at good restaurants.

We generally require a week min unless spare days between booking or last minute. We will email the rental agreement upon confirmed reservation. This is a licensed home-share. Although I live on premises, the space in configured so that you will have your own entrance and space. City of Santa Monica business license 215341. 14% City Tax will be added to all reservations. NO SMOKING; NO PETS; NO PARTIES Cancellation Policy: Refund less fees up until 30 days prior to arrival. Fees may include credit card fees / PayPal fees / Homeaway fees / VBRO fees depending upon how and where you booked your reservation. Since this is not a hotel & I don't have other rooms to take the place of a vacancy, it's a hardship for me if someone cancels at the last minute.
