This is not your standard hotel unit but has been professionally decorated and upgraded. Wake up to beautiful views of Winter Park and Mary Jane. Apres ski, relax in the hot tub followed by a drink on the private deck with your loved one at sundown. Everything you need is here, from a full sized fully stocked kitchen, new large capacity Maytag washer/dryer. We have just installed a new 55' TV and a Sony Playstation 3 with 2 controllers!! Watch sports, Netflix, dvd's and Blu-rays. Bring your games! Dine in, or explore the new village which features fun shopping, great restaurants, and live entertainment nighty.
This beautiful corner unit is next to the large amenity deck where you can enjoy soaking in the hot tub, relaxing in the sun, breathing the fresh mountain air while enjoying the spectacular views. The amenity deck has an awesome gas grill as well as plenty of tables and chairs for large gatherings. The master bedroom has en suite full bath. There is also a second full bath in the unit. One parking space is available in the heated garage for $14 per night during ski season, paid directly to the resort.
If you tire of the slopes, Grand County has other diversions as well. Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling, Hot Sulphur Springs. Warm weather fun includes hiking, fishing, mountain biking, white water rafting, boating, golf, and of course, Rocky Mountain National Park.

We are in real estate and financial investments. We love skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, hiking, mountain biking and picnics in snow or summer months - which is why we absoutely love this Winter Park condo! A perfect location to get away from it all without having to deal with terrible I 70 traffic. 1 1/2 hours from either Denver or Boulder - an easy drive which means more time to relax and ski!

Awesome snow, and the new Trestle mountain bike park is one of the best in North America and right outside our back door. Beautiful condominium near the ski village. Winter Park has a friendly laid back vibe - affordable and equally enjoyable for friends and families.
We just installed a 55' LED TV with a Sony Playstation3 with 2 controllers !! Our master bedroom has a 46' LED TV as well.
Watch sports, movies and play games.
We have installed a full size Maytag washer/dryer which really comes in handy after a long day on the slopes!
This place was amazing - just exactly what we needed for our family of 5. Very comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked, finishes and furniture in pristine condition, great layout, cozy fireplace, and, SO so close to the slopes. It couldn't have been more perfect for our needs. And Steve was an amazing host. Great, friendly and efficient communication - he even alerted us as to Denver weather problems so that we wouldn't be surprised if our flight was delayed. Thanks for everything Steve! We hope to be back soon!
This condo couldn't be more perfect! The location of the condo makes a day on the slopes so easy. Minutes to the lift and town square. It's south facing with lots of light and a large south facing patio with easy access to the community hot tub, a perfect treat for the end of your day. The beds are so comfortable I actually looked at the brand to purchase for my home. Quality linens and the kitchen has everything you need down to a cheese plate! There are board games, books and a Playstation to keep everyone happy. We have stayed in other units in the building and this one was the best by far!!!! We will book anytime we visit Winter Park.

We were thrilled with this condo. Beautiful and very roomy interior and located within short walking distance to everything you could want at a ski resort. The Frasier Crossing facility is across one street and a quaint wooden foot bridge to the Winter Park Ski Resort. The condo is on the third floor facing the village and is the ideal location for easy access by foot to restaurants, shopping, ski school, and lifts in the village, or to your car in the heated parking. The amenity deck (community outdoor fire place and huge hot tub) is just through the gate off the condo's private balcony. This owner has thought of everything from the perfectly stocked kitchen and laundry to bath essentials. (Steve) Owner even checked in with us to be sure we were happy. We will definitely return. Perfect family vacation!
We've been to Winter Park for spring break for the last 8 years and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed.
Owner was very responsive and followed up frequently to make sure everything was as advertised, we'll definitely return.
We really enjoyed our stay in late February. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. We've stayed in many ski condos over the years and this was by far one of the best. We appreciated the location steps from the hot tub and a short walk from the Zephyr lift. The condo's owner is very responsive and even mailed us our swim suits when we forgot them. We plan to return.
Be sure to try out the gorgeous brand new indoor Rec Center in Fraser, 3 miles away!
The Grand Park Community Recreation Center in Fraser is a great place to work out, get active and have fun for residents and visitors. The Recreation Center has a waveless lap pool, lazy river, climbing wall, an indoor track, workout rooms, basket ball court, gymnastics, dance studios, fitness classes and more. It's Fantastic!
