Townhome located at Kawama Yacht Club/ Molasses Reef Marina, a private community (24 hr security) in Key Largo.

There are a lot of attractions and amenities such as: Marina, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Children's Playground, and Beautiful Lagoon.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful experience and a memorable one for you and your friends and family. The Florida Keys have a lot to offer, especially Key Largo and Kawama. Please feel free to ask us anything. We are here to help.

Outside of our gated community, you'll find many restaurants serving some of the tastiest local dishes (the fish and lobster does not get any fresher than in the keys), local shops, and diving and snorkel charters to take you to the reefs of Pennekamp National Park. Offshore fishing is equal to the best with many charter captains just a 1/4 mile down the road.

Other Activities: Fishing, swiming w/dolphins, boating, shokeling and diving

Kawama Yacht Club is an active community with friendly people. Play tennis at the lighted tennis courts, lounge at one of the heated pools, take the kids to the playground, visit Kawama Beach, or stroll to the end of the jetty to view terrific sunsets to the west.

Outside BBQ is included with the rental.

The unit is in good condition, but the ice-maker in the refrigerator and the dishwasher did not work. The faucet in the kitchen sink had a drip that could not be turned totally off. We could not find the keys to the golf-cart anywhere in the unit or in the cart. The manager did not return my phone call on Saturday morning prior to us checking out..... I left a voice message and she never called back.

The unit was clean and comfortable and we liked it except for the things mentioned above, but I have stayed at other condos in Key Largo that are better.

Wonderful family condo.

We stayed here for a full week and really enjoyed all of the amenities that the place had to offer. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully supplied with everything needed to cook your own meals. The kitchen even had spices for us to use. All of the appliances are fairly new and in great working condition. We appreciated that beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys were also supplied. Gina, the manager, was very polite and helpful and even allowed us to check out later than the required time. The kids really enjoyed the lagoon and pool. We are looking forward to coming back and staying again.

The property was amazing there was so much there to do that we really didn't need to go anywhere els

The house was clean and well equipped with anything we needed to maximize our vacation. I have to say I was disappointed in the layout of the house. The first floor consisted of a long narrow hallway giving u access to two small

Bedrooms, a bathroom and the laundry room. This unit was advertised to have two queen size beds , two full size beds and one king that was not the case. The two bedrooms on the first floor were full size beds as well as the third floor bed room had two full size beds and the master had a queen size not a king. Ordinarily this wouldn't be an issue but the two bedrooms on the first floor were to be used by two older couples who are not small people and not accustomed to a smaller bed. The other problem was I didn't realize the actual living area was located on the second floor. Booking a property that had a bedroom on the first floor was a priority seeing as my father recently suffered a stroke and stairs are an issue for him. Needless to say he had to navigate steps on a daily basis which left him in a lot of pain by the end of the vacation. Now although I was disappointed with these little things regarding the actual house I must stress that what the house lacked the property made up for. The lagoon located behind the house was amazing my family enjoyed swimming and snorkeling there. In addition the beaches on the property were breath taking and use of the golf cart made exploring the property an adventure in itself! We also had access and use of paddle boards and kayaks that were on the property which is a big plus because anywhere else there is a few to rent things like that! Also the unit does have a really nice grill that we unfortunately never used because the local cuisine was just too highly recommended to pass up. The pools in the community were perfect they were clean and residents and other vacationers were very welcoming. The house also had things like pool noodles and snorkeling gear and a cooler that could be used if u wanted to spend the day on the beach. All in all I would gladly stay at Kawama yacht club again and providing I don't have my parents or elderly people I would gladly rent this unit again!!;

Great facility, perfect location!

Fun in safe welcoming and beautiful community! Close to everything! Pools beach canoes paddle boards fishing pier cabanas and golf cart included, bonus beautiful views from multiple balconies. Everything provided utensils sheets towels etc by helpful host. No bed bugs as some were concerned. Would recommend to everyone!
