Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaf...

Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft. Direkt am See mit großen Garten. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Für Ruhesuchende und für wenig anspruchsvolle Personen ist die Ferienwohnung super. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach und schlicht. Der Eigentümer könnte ein paar modernisierungsmaßnahmen durchführen und ein paar Extras bereitstellen. Wie zum Beispiel Spülmittel und Handseife. Der Eigentümer konnte nur italienisch sprechen, ein paar Brocken englisch hätten für die Verständigung gut geholfen. Reisetipps: Sehr schöne Region. Wir haben uns die Burgen in der Umgebung angeschaut und hatten das Gefühl richtig in Italien zu sein. Die jungen Leute konnten etwas Englisch sprechen, bei der älteren Generation war dies eher selten. Aber trotzdem konnte man sich irgendwie verständigen und mit Übersetzer die Speisekarten im Restaurant übersetzen. Ich glaube in dem Ort Bolsena war es etwas touristischer. Ich denke dort hat man eher Glück auch mal eine englische Speisekarte im Reataurant zu erwischen.

Super Lage, kaum was los. Fischrestaurant um die Ecke, so gut, dass die Strasse auch noch im Oktober oft befahren wurde. Holzwurmbekämpflung im Haus leider nicht abgeschlossen. Einrichtung einfach, Weingläser und Messer fehlen. Freundlicher Verwalter jedoch nur in italienischer Sprache. Garten superschön, aber nicht für Hundebesitzer geeignet, da nicht eingezäunt.

Traumhafte Lage, schönes Haus, am Wochenende viel los

Das Haus liegt wirklich nur 15m direkt vom See entfernt, vor dem Grundstück geht eine kleine Straße entlang die am Wochenende recht häufig befahren wird. Nebenan ist ein kleiner Campingplatz der sehr ruhig und gepflegt wirkt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet was fehlt sind Kleinigkeiten wie Salz/Pfeffer, abwaschmittel, Lappen und Handtücher fürs Geschirr. Die Küche war neu, die Betten sind sehr hart genauso wie die Kissen. Die Dusche ist sehr klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen wie das ganze Bad. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt man kann kaum irgendwo von außen rein schauen. Leider ist das Tor defekt und lässt sich nicht abschließen. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist zwar sehr freundlich, sprich aber kein Wort English da ist die Kommunikation leider etwas schwierig. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Mülltonnen hinter der Hecke zum Campingplatz, diese riechen ab und an bei ungünstigem Wind. Das Restaurant 50m weiter ist ok aber nicht sonderlich gut, da gibt es viel bessere in der Nähe. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
