Great location and a very nice condo with all the needs you require. Jamie and Manuel property managers were very attentive and responded quickly when I called and resolved any issues asap. Definitely highly recommended and I'd rebook I future.

Awesome Condo- quiet pool area, close to the beach, 5th. for culture and music, convenience of Mega

Loved our 4 week stay at Margaritas 11. From our first day greeting with Jamie, the property manager, until our last day checkout with Manuel, the property manager.

Spacious, well located condo. Quiet pool area, good community feel to the property. Walking distance to grocery shopping, beach, famous 5th Avenue for people watching and music and dining.

Jamie set us up as a group on WhatsApp on arrival so we were able to communicate as needed during our stay. So convenient.

Property security were always friendly.

Condo was spacious, homey, and only a taxi, bus or ferry ride away from day trips to Cozumel, Puerto Morelos, Tulum, and Isla Mujeres.

Loved our stay.

We have already contacted Melissa, the owner, who is always polite, prompt and professional, to book our stay for next year.

Large condo, well equipped, great stay!

My husband & I arrived for a 3 month stay in early January, returning home at the end of March. The condo is well situated, close to several large supermarkets and loads of great restaurants. We never ate on 5th Avenue once!! There is plenty of room and the condo is well equipped for cooking at home if you choose to do so. The appliances were all in excellent condition and we had the bonus of a new fridge that dispensed cold water. There are a number of people who own their condos and spend a great deal of time at the complex. They are very knowledgeable about the area and are quick to ensure that any problems are attended to immediately. The staff who work for the complex (gardeners, guards) are all very friendly and helpful. We did have a couple of minor issues that were looked after immediately by the property management team of Manuel & Jamie. No need for a car as the ADO bus station is a couple blocks away, cabs are reasonable, and many places are within walking distance.

There is a lovely pool right outside the patio doors and the beach is a short 10 minute walk away. We spent almost every day at the beach and appreciated the large umbrella along with the beach towels. There were plenty of sand toys if you have small children.

All in all, we had a great stay and would love to return at some time in the future.

Awesome stay! Great, Clean, close to everything!

My husband and our two boys (aged 8 and 10) stayed at the Margaritas II for almost two weeks in December 2016 and could not have been happier with both the accommodation and the hosts. The condo is located right beside the pool, so you can sit on your own deck while watching the kids play in the pool, or you can see them perfectly from inside the unit while preparing blender drinks! The buildings location is as good as it gets and is tucked away on a quiet street. It is steps away from many affordable local restaurants and street vendors (none of us got sick). It is across the street from a Mega grocery store so it is easy to stock your kitchen or plan to pack for daytrips and picnics. Only another block away is Walmart. A short and pleasant 5-10 minute walk puts you in the center of 5th Ave where all the action is. We loved the location. It was very close without being too close.

The home itself is very comfortable, spacious, and super clean. The giant king size bed in the master bedroom was a major factor for me and it was super comfy. Melissa (the owner) had plenty of extra pillows, sheets, bath towels and pool towels. It is very well stocked and we didn’t need anything extra. I noticed she was pretty well set up for smaller children as well. We loved having a washer machine and dryer! There were 3 TV’s and plenty of videos and we even had access to Netflix which was appreciated in the evenings after a long day of exploring. We had one small issue with one of the TV’s and Melissa’s husband Sean was on it right away and had resolved the situation in minutes. Most of the other people at Margaritas are either Canadian or American (a mixture of owners and renters). There are friendly security guards on duty 24 hours a day with locked gates and we felt extremely safe the whole time. There is also an in suite safe where we locked up our important documents during our stay (which was very much appreciated).

I also highly recommend visiting Benjamin at Lovely tours across the street. He has spent many years in New York and speaks perfect English (and he’s funny). He really took good care of us and it was nice to work with someone that we could trust and get to know, rather than the different guys in the booths on 5th Ave. We booked a tour to Xel-Ha and rented a car from him (for about ½ the price of anywhere else) We even texted him on the road to ask him how much to tip the gas jockey! We really enjoyed staying at Margaritas II!

Great rental !

We spent one week with our 2 young daughters in this flat and all of us had a great time. The flat was clean, nicely furnished, with all the amenities required.

The garden is quiet, pleasant, full of beautiful flowers, palm trees and the pool is warm. My daughters enjoyed to swim after a day out and we could easily look after them from the deck. The localization is perfect too : we walked to the beach, to the supermarket and too the famous "la quinta avenue" for dining or shopping.

Muy bonito departamento y muy bien ubicado!

Me encantó el departamento, está muy bien equipada la cocina. Me encantó que tuviera lavadora y secadora. Todo muy limpio. Tiene bastantes toallas ya sea para ir a la playa o para después de la alberca. Yo viaje con un bebé y el departamento contaba con juguetes para él y con cuna viajera. La Playa queda a muy corta distancia , al igual que la 5ta. Avenida. Definitivamente pienso volver a rentar el departamento en mis próximas vacaciones a Playa! Lo super recomiendo.
