We love the Summit County area. Any time of year there are fun things to do. And if the weather is a bit inclement, there is the large pool, game room and hot tub.

We really enjoyed our time away at this condo. It was easy to get find and fairly close to several restaurants, a grocery store, and the Silverthorne outlets!
Nice rooms and good location
We skied Copper Mountain, close to interstate which made it easy getting there.
I would rent this condo again. It had everything we needed, even the little things. Washer/Dryer was useful. Beds were comfortable. Community hot tub provided some after ski relaxation. We have been in other condos and always had to go back to the grocery store for little things like spices and aluminum foil. No extra trips here. They had it all. Internet worked well. Only negative was that the cable source had only low definition channels. Yes, we are spoiled. We have stayed in some high end condos at double or triple the price, which is why I rated this a four instead of a five. For the value this would be a five plus. Again, I would rent this condo in a future trip...
Great place to stay with family!
This was a wonderful place to stay with my husband, sister and her two kids! Everybody had enough space to spread out and also have private time for themselves when needed. When there was a slight hiccup with the water heater, Mark was available and quickly fixed the situation with the property managers. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was such a peaceful place to come home to after a full day of skiing at nearby Loveland Basin. The clubhouse hot tub and pool areas were clean and enjoyable as well. Thanks Mark for a top notch stay and service!
Great weekend getaway!
Great place to stay in the Dillon area! Mark was very responsive when I had a couple questions about the condo. Will definitely look into renting this place in the future!
Close to all skiing areas
Overall condition of unit was fine. There was a water filling noise 24/7 that was in another unit that was annoying when trying to sleep. The snow covered parking lot made it difficult to always get a parking spot (no striping to see). Dragging ski equipment up/down the stairs was a burden. Wouldn't book this place again.
Robert, I'm very sorry that your experience was not a great one. That is our goal for all of our renters. That said, there are some things beyond our control. The water filling noise is not something I have heard before. I was there yesterday and did not hear it. As for snow on the parking lot, it snows a lot there and they try to keep it clear. There is a designated parking space right by the door. I don't show that you ever inquired about stairs and I don't believe it indicates that in our listing. So, if that is an issue, I'm really sorry.
