Large Waterfront House Near St. Michael's with Pool & Dock & Kayaks
Wonderful newly renovated large family home on Harris Creek.
With 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (including master bedroom suite), this house easily sleeps 12. Broad views of the water, 250 foot pier, in ground pool and large 2.5 acre expanse of lawn make this home an amazing retreat.
Hang out by the pool, explore with the 4 complimentary kayaks, or crab and fish in the tranquil Waterhole Cove where birds and other wildlife abound. You can also bring your power/sail boat and dock it at the pier, which has full electric and water at the end as well as a fish-cleaning table with water at the shoreline. You won't run out of things to do.
Located just 10 minutes between St. Michael's and Tilghman Island, off-site activities also abound. There are great restaurants nearby, including the Lowe's Wharf restaurant and bar within walking distance - a great place to go for dinner or a drink and watch the sun set over the bay.
The living room and most bedrooms have large flatscreen TVs with cable, streaming video, blu-ray dvd players, etc., and high-speed WiFi throughout the house. Optional: Sheets and Towels provided for an additional $350.

Outstanding House on a Breathtaking Waterfront Property!
We had a terrific time here and definitely recommend this house to anyone interested in a very well-kept and clean house in a very private setting having tremendous water views, and activities to suit all interests! We enjoyed great crabbing and fishing from the very long pier, swimming both off the pier and in the pool, kayaking to see lots of interesting places and wildlife, very relaxing evenings around the large fire pit overlooking the water, and list goes on! The location of the house also lends itself to nice bike rides on flat roads with VERY wide shoulders used as biking lanes into St. Michael's or to Tilghman Island, depending on what you're in the mood for. I can't say enough good things about this place, and highly recommend it!
Excellent Family Vacation House
We spent a week here with extended family (grandparents, siblings, grandchildren) and were very happy with this lovely home. The location, south of St. Michaels, is excellent - it is quiet, but close enough to town to make grocery or dinner trips easy. We loved kayaking around the calm, shallow creek, letting the kids play on the shore or in the pool, or playing frisbee in the grassy front yard. Don't forget to bring your bikes - this is an excellent area for bicycling, with a wide shoulder lane most of the time. We biked from the house down to the end of Tilghman Island, in a loop that included a trip on the sweet little Oxford-Bellevue ferry, and to St. Michaels to sample the beer at the Eastern Shore Brewery. The house is well stocked for cooking crabs (you can buy them live or cooked just minutes away). My mom, who has trouble walking, enjoyed sitting in the sun room and watching the resident osprey and terns fish while the grandkids played. This was our first time on the Eastern Shore, and we're hoping to make it a yearly tradition!
Girls Golf Weekend
Love, love, love this house! It was the perfect house for 8 ladies for a weekend golf trip. We enjoyed the fire pit and kayaks, and it was so much cozier than a hotel room. The view was amazing! Highly recommended!
Family Vacation June 28, 2014
As my children and grandchildren are getting older it becomes more difficult for all of us to get together for vacation like we have done in the past. This was a year wear everyone was available so we decided to get a nice place for the 12 of us. I stayed at St Michaels a few years ago so starting looking in that area vs the Jersey shore or the Poconos. I came across this place (forget what I googled). It looked good but not enough pictures on the site to make us feel totally comfortable. I contacted Jenn (owner) and she quickly sent me photos of just about every room in the house. We were totally sold on it. Our expectations were greatly exceeded as soon as we arrived. We had our own resort on 2 acres of freshly mowed grass. The house was in immaculate condition, very clean and well maintained. The pool, bay (four kayaks) plus a small fishing boat and kayak we brought was awesome. The fire pit with adirondack chairs around it made for fun evenings, roasting marshmallows and having some "beverages of our choice" :). We did go into St Michaels (about 15 minute drive) a few times for dinner, watch the US in the world cup at an Irish pub, and paddleboarding which was all very nice but quite honestly we were very content just staying at the house and enjoying our little resort with all its ammentities. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in having a great place to do whatever you want - swim, fish, kayak, just relax and read, etc. etc. etc. The owners were great to work with and hopefully we will be able to get our family together for next year. Our best family vacation ...... ever!!!!
Best Views in the State
Took my parents and 3 sons to the this property for a nearby wedding. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Phenomenal views, nice pool, dock, enclosed porch, peace and serenity. We had smores over the firepit watching the day end. The owners were very easy to work with and we're all looking forward to a return visit. Thanks again!
A Wonderful Place!
The pictures barely do the house justice...from the moment we walked in we knew we made a great decision to stay here. Very well kept, extremely clean...and the owner was very easy to deal with. .
We were able to dock our boat to the deepwater pier at the house, so plenty of time spent fishing, but the pool was probably our favorite part. It directly overlooks the water and is very nice.
We had numerous family members stop by during our stay, and had plenty of room for cookouts, etc. Each of the six bedrooms (including those not shown in the pictures on this website) is very nice! Also, the enclosed porch also allows you to enjoy the scenery without having to worry about the weather or bugs.
If you are looking for some R&R in a quiet, picturesque setting..this is the place.
