Cute, comfy and delightfully renovated, The Townie is the perfect in-town home within easy walking distance of historic downtown and the Arkansas River. Hot Springs, fishing, rafting, skiing, biking, and the Saturday Farmer's Market (June through October) are minutes from your door!
Tastefully decorated and comfortable for 1 person or four, this charming cottage includes:
~ One bedroom with a queen bed
~ A sleeper-sofa in the living room and a futon chair just right for a small one in their sleeping bag
~ A roomy bath and a sparkling modern kitchen
~ High speed internet and cable TV
~ Two Town Bikes
~ Sunny patio with a gas grill and table to gather for drinks or dinner.
All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper towels, napkins and toiletries.

Cleaning Fee $65. We provide live customer support access from 8:30am-10pm and Accidental Damage Protection up to $1500. Discover, Visa or MC accepted. Payment by check saves 2.9% transaction fee. We spent a wonderful fall week in Salida. Loved the fall colors, fishing the Arkansas, driving up Independence pass, the Buena Vista river park, the Salida Farmer's Market and live music at Salida Cafe! Tom and Renda from Texas.

We have very much enjoyed the Townie. The lighting is great and having the fans has been really important. It is very comfotable. We are amazed that there are spices and every kind of kitchen implement one can imagine.
