We proudly present the islander on the beach located on the famed coconut coast of Kauai. Resort is situated on six beautiful ocean front acres.

The ground floor unit allows access directly off lanai with short stroll to the beach, lush gardens, nearby pool and Jacuzzi with oceanfront setting. Go to sleep every night to the sound of the waves crashing down on Kauai's moonlit beaches. This is a non-smoking air conditioned unit.

Condo is outfitted with queen bed with new linens and comforter. This condo has recently undergone a complete renovation. Including travertine stone flooring throughout, 32-inch flat screen tv, stereo, iron and ironing board, kitchenette with turbo oven, refrigerator, blender, hot plate, cooking supplies, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and finished off with contemporary Island style decor.

Business center has wireless internet connectivity located in lobby area. Be sure to enjoy a mai tai at the ocean side tiki bar next to pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor cabana allows for all day sun bathing by pool and beach. There are also gas bbq grills by the pool

Everything you need is in walking distance the quaint rustic town of Kapaa is a ten minute walk from the property with more shopping, restaurants, bars, Starbucks, Safeway, activity center, Coin op laundry.

This unit is only 8 miles from the Lihue airport and it is conveniently located on Kauai's east coast. You have easy access to a number of sights and services including the coconut marketplace, which has over 60 specialty shops and restaurants.


Reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Reservations can be held with deposit.

Aloha Smith Family, We are Devin and Kimberly Brailsford from Pleasant Grove,UT We were here enjoying Kauai for our Honeymoon.We also stayed at the Smiths other vacation properties we really enjoyed them both. We love this area! Our favorite activity on the island was the "Blue Dolphin" Sunset dinner cruise up the Napali coast it was georgeous and the crew was so much fun! we would definatly recommend it to others. We just werent here long enough to do everything we wanted to. So I'm sure we will be back..we love this island! Mahalo

Great totally sufficient studio apt on the beach

Islander is a great location near shopping, bars, restaurants and of course the beach. This unit is small and has absolutely everything you might need. I love that it is ground floor - I could see the ocean from my lanai and get to the beach and pool/Jacuzzi area in seconds.

Misrepresented in the Contract conditions

The Contract document in Exhibit A, Section 2 states that the Property (ie Unit) has a telephone, washer and dryer. It has none of the three. An Owners laundry facility is located steps away from the unit door but we were not permitted to use it as we were not Owners with the access card required. The unit was very clean, quiet and close to parking.

Owner's Response: Aloha, Thanks for acknowledging condo is clean and quite. On our listing there is no mention of telephone and laundry is coin op off site. We do have rental agreement that says when applicable see unit description as some items don't apply to all the properties we manage. I apologize if you felt any deceit by this as its not our intention. If you book direct through Aston rate is over double what I offer but you do get access to washer and dryer. mahalo

Kauai Stay

Our stay in Kauai at Islander on the Beach was perfect. We were there for a birthday and to get married. We rented a privately owned condo by Jeremy Smith. The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. After a long day touring the Island it was nice to have several restaurants to choose from on site that was walking distance. We did not need to drive any where. Walking distance to the beach, a nice pool to lounge at with a bar and plenty of shops. Our favorite place to eat there was Trees Lounge, great food and drinks and great little coffee shop called Imua. The property owner made sure we had what we needed for our stay. I would email him and he always answered back right away and got us what we needed. Next time we are in Kauai this will be our place to come back and stay at.

I highly recommend this rental for your stay on Kauai. The central location is very well located. It's a convenient drive to see the whole island. It's located right on the beach and we loved watching the sunrise each morning and swimming in the afternoon. There is a nice pool and a comfortable lounge area to watch the stars come out. The condo was pretty nice too. It could use a minor renovation in the bathroom due to some water damage. It has a mildew smell. We would stay here again though, and will recommend it to friends and family.

Comfortable unit close to coffee house and eaterie

It is a small studio style room but comfortable

Comfortable bed and nicely made up. The small kitchen area was adequate for our stay. The bathroom is clean but could use a little attention/updating. Love the location and walking trail along the beach.

Great, awesome. Reasonably priced too!

Very nice,clean, well kept! Love the air conditioning too! Didn't have time to use the pool. Such a convenient spot; near the laundromat, restaurants and the parking. We will be back next year!
