Ocean Breeze is our home away from our Wisconsin home. We are lucky enough to spend our winters here and share it with others the rest of the year. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Why Shari & Brian chose Nassau
Our dream was to own a place right on the ocean in a friendly community close to the airport where we can work & play during the winter months...Delaporte Point ticks all of the boxes for us.
What makes this Townhome unique
Ocean Breeze allows you to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing time right on the ocean away from the tourist hustle & bustle; yet attractions and leisure activities (such as waterparks, marinas, casinos, shopping, boating, fitness center, fishing, sailing, etc.) are all within 10 to 15 minutes of the property...you can walk, take the bus or catch a cab to so many fun things on the island!

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
