Take a drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway or visit the famous Biltmore Estate (just a 6 minute drive away). When you've had enough, retire to your peaceful, spacious home at 51 College St.

This one bedroom condo is located on the third floor of a recently renovated building, with views of College St. below, and Grove Park Inn in the distance. The unit has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and wine bar, with spacious living and dining areas. The separate bedroom has a queen bed and office nook. Parking can be easily found in a parking deck across the street, or in one of the metered spaces by the building.

Visit the City Farmer's Market on Saturday morning to pick up local fresh produce, meats, wine and cheeses. If you'd rather dine out, walk to one of the many exciting restaurants Asheville has to offer for a delectable meal of sushi, seafood, French, Indian or Italian fare, to name a few. This location is a fabulous spot from which to enjoy the vibrant activities of downtown Asheville and the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains.

Why Jean chose Downtown

We are located right in the heart of downtown in between College Street and Patton Avenue. You can't find a better location. Park your car across the street in the city-owned deck and ride the elevator up to the third floor.

What makes this condo unique

One of the best condos downtown for sleeping. The bedroom is located down the hall away from the street. Also we have double pane insulated windows that help to block sound.

Awesome condo, fabulous location!

My husband and I stayed here for four days, and we had an amazing trip! The condo was in a great location--we parked the day we arrived and did not drive anywhere until we left on Sunday. The condo is outfitted with a nice kitchen, but we were within walking distance of so many wonderful restaurants that we never ended up using it. In addition to the condo being awesome, I have to say that Jean was fabulous to work with! She was responsive to all of my (many!) questions and made herself available in case there were any problems. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

Right in the middle of everything

Great location , right in the middle of everything dowmtown. Roomy and well equipped , convenient to the public parking garages. The Lobster Trap restaurant located on the 1 st floor was excellent. We will be back !

Girls' Weekend

We had an awesome weekend in Asheville. The location could not be beat and the condo was very clean and well taken care of. We were able to walk anywhere and everywhere we wanted! Jean was so easy to work with throughout the entire process. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone taking a trip to Asheville!

Great place and location

Had a fantastic stay in Asheville. It was a great anniversary get away. The loft was spotless and in good condition. The bedroom is in the back of the apartment so street noises are minimal. Countless restaurants and breweries withing walking distance. 15 min drive to the Biltmore. Easy parking across the street.

Great location! Look no further!

My first time staying at this loft and I already plan on going back! The location could not be better. Steps from all that downtown Asheville has to offer from shops and music to bars and restaurants. Visiting family outside of town as well, I found it to be a great central location to drive to destinations in any direction, with the major connecting highways all a few blocks away. However you can just as easily enjoy your stay in the city without needing a car once! Jean was very accommodating before during and after and the space was clean and comfortable and extremely roomy. Down time in the living room with the windows open to the street was as enjoyable as exploring the area. Look no further! If you're visiting Asheville this loft is the place to stay.

Perfect Location!

Just came back from another wonderful weekend staying in this beautiful loft. Not only does this loft have everything you need, it is in the best location in Asheville. It is the perfect starting place to enjoy all Asheville has to offer. Jean, the owner, is great to work with. Should a need arise she is eager to help. Do not hesitate to rent this one, you will not be disappointed!
