The most beautiful beaches and the great location along Scenic 30-A.
Great studio on the gulf side. Convenient to the beach and restaurants. Also across the street from the rental office. Pool was clean and the deep end was actually 8 feet. Our third time renting from Garrett Realty and always it was well cleaned and maintained.
We never give testimony on line, but this is an exception because of the wonderful experience we had with the owner of the unit and Garrett Realty. The owner is easy to do business with and professional, but also personal which puts you at ease with the entire process. The rental office she put us in the hands of for contracts and payment, took time to explain and work out the details. When a big issue came up, both the owner and the rental office responded immediately to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend ‘Emerald” and we plan another vacation stay there.
The excellent service they provided is rare and congratulations are due to the owner and the rental office. Thanks for “paying it forward”.
I stayed here for 4 months in the winter (2011 - 2012) and loved it. It really looks like the photos - beautifully decorated and has everything you need.
Very responsive owner and property management.
It's close to dining, shopping, beach, fun... Also met lots of nice people in the complex. A beautiful walk to Seaside for more dining, shopping, activities etc.
It's been an amazing experience and would love to stay here again.
