Schöne Lage, Unterkunft nicht sauber

Die Wohnung und das Anwesen sind schön. Leider war bei ein Bad die Toilette verschmutzt. In Wohnung war die Küche und die Gegenstände nicht sauber und leider nicht gut ausgestattet. Wir mussten Küchengegenstände dazukaufen. Die Kaffeemaschine ist stark verschmutzt,eingebrannt. Nicht nutzbar. Außenbereich wurde in 2 Wochen einmal gefegt. Wohnung wurde nicht geputz! Obwohl eine Reinigung in der Beschreibung steht. Vermieterin versteht nur Italienisch. Reklamation unmöglich. Frühstück = Ärgernis

Hat die besten Jahre hinter sich

Schön ist der Treppenaufgang, der Blick Morgens auf die große Linde sowie das Landschaftsbild. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem gut gelegen. Gastgeber sind freundlich sprechen aber keine Fremdsprache. Möbel sind einfach und alt, Löcher in der Couch sowie recht staubig und viele Spinnen was aber angesichts dem fehlenden Moskitosschutz nicht schlecht ist. Pool einfach und in die Jahr gekommen wurde aber laufend gereinigt. WLAN hat eigentlich nie funktioniert. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Alba,Turin Asti

Herrliche Auszeit

Wir haben hier ein paar wunderbare Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung war groß, stilvoll eingerichtet - wie das ganze Haus und Anwesen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, das Essen fantastisch und der Wein lecker. Haus und Hof liegen idyllisch in den Hügeln des Piemont südlich von Asti. Wir haben es kaum verlassen, viel Zeit unter der Laube im Hof oder am kleinen, aber sehr schnuckeligen Pool verbracht. Wer etwas besichtigen mag - Asti und Alba sind nicht weit und hübsche Städtchen, Turin etwa eine Stunde entfernt. Eins noch: WLAN-Passwörter gibt es zuhauf, aber keines funktionierte. Netz hatten wir auch keins. Erst so etwa 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Wer darauf angewiesen ist, sollte sich vorab erkundigen, ob das inzwischen funktioniert. Wir haben das nicht als Nachteil empfunden. Wir waren einfach ein paar Tage raus - und das war spitze.
