This charming one bedroom casita is on a dead-end lane close to central arteries for car travel.

We spent 20 days in August in Marga’s rental. She lives next door and was very responsive to questions or needs. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exudes personal charm through art, books, and comfortable furnishings. We easily stocked the provisions we needed from Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Spouts. All within a 10-minute drive. We ate breakfast and numerous light dinners in, even used the b-b-q grill on lovely patio, and usually found a nice eatery for a midday meal. Cowgirl’s is a short drive or medium walk close by and has great daily specials for under $10 (often with enough

leftovers to bring home). Every part of Santa Fe is metered and parking can get tedious and expensive, but there are well-priced municipal garages and Museum Hill (a must do) is free parking. Cafe there has best Sunday brunch and views in town. Lots of folks do walk everywhere or bike, but this older retired couple depended on car. Don’t forget day trips: casinos, national park with “tent rocks,” Tourquoise Trail to Madrid and Cerrillos, and Gabriel’s for lunch followed by visit to Tesuque gallery and sculpture gardens (Glenn Green). We loved Santa Fe for its arts and culture, vibrancy, embrace of visitors, and dining. Stay st Marga’s and discover it all for yourself. We had s great time!

Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient!

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying in this wonderful home which is equipped with a great kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The outdoor patio and grill were perfect for making dinnner or just having a glass of wine in the evening. We walked to everything downtown and at the Railyard. And the location was perfect for driving to places like Taos and Bandelier. My husband found a nearby bike shop and had a great time biking the trails. If we return to Santa Fe we will definitely rent here again!

Perfect Santa Fe condo for a couple

  • 5 of 5

This condo was perfect for us. Everything was clean and tasteful. The one large room is cleverly separated into living room, dining room, kitchen and office areas. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable. Location was convenient and the street quiet. Marga was very friendly and attentive. We hope to come back!

A quiet, beautiful home in the heart of Santa Fe.

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful week in Santa Fe, made even better by staying here. We were so close to everything, the neighborhood was charming and quiet, and the house was perfect! It was a great size for 2 people. Plenty of kitchen space and living area. The bedroom was nice, although my back could have used a little firmer mattress. We enjoyed our time here and would love to come back and stay. Marga was helpful and responsive when I couldn't figure out how to operate the ceiling fans. She stopped by to answer my questions and offer tips and suggestions for our stay. Thanks for a great week!
