Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Guests are required to obey the security, rules and regulations posted on the Brier Crest Woods community website.
Upon booking, we will need the main guest's address, phone & email as well as the make, model, color, state & license plate for all vehicles (4 max).
Upon checkout, please be sure to leave all 10 community badges in the kitchen, remove all trash, and run the dish washer to clean what was used.
