Ned Bradford and Itzik Kamhine live between Boston MA and Provincetown. Ned works at Curry College, directing its Academic Enrichment Center and Itzik is a college math instructor and a hair stylist. Here we are clamming just a few steps from the townhouse, in November at dusk.
Owner purchased this Townhome in 2004
Why Owner chose Provincetown
The deep west end of Ptown is the best part of town, I think. It's the only part of the town that I could call home, because it on the edge of the National Seashore and wilderness, yet is just steps from town.
What makes this Townhome unique
Walks, biking, whale watching from Herring Cove beach in March in April, beach fires.

Views and accommodations second to none
We were a party of 9, three families with 4 kids, on a fishing, walking, napping long Easter weekend. The condos are perfectly set up for group time, family meals, and also for alone time or smaller group activities like reading or card games. The views are second to none for P-town (which is saying something). Ned was responsive and wonderful to work with. Bike rentals, downtown, restaurants, coffee shops all within walking distance. The kids watched the NHL playoffs on Direct TV and surfed the internet on the WiFi. We crossed the street, stepped over the side-rail and were off for long walks across the dunes. Were it warmer, I can't imagine leaving the deck at all. Kitchen is great, beds comfortable. Will definitely book again. Thank you, Ned!
Really loved having you. Come again.
Wedding in P'Town
We just returned home yesterday from our son's wedding in Provincetown. We rented both condos for our stay. Our stay was excellent. Both owners were extremely friendly and gracious, inquired about our stay while we were there, and met us again on the day of the wedding. We met other friends of the owners who live in the same condo complex who were also very friendly, gracious, and helpful (one even found my car keys left in an unlikely location on the morning we were leaving). The two homes are beautiful and well kept. We housed 6 couples (3 in each unit) and two children. The views of the moors from their upper decks are spectacular. I would recommend this location to anyone, and hope we can return sometime in the near future. The moors, national park dunes, and beaches are beautiful. Guests can rent very nice bicycles less than 1/4 mile's walk. Terrific restaurants and Provincetown west end sites are very close - easily walkable.
This property is absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't have been more pleased. We used it for a friends reunion of sorts and found the house fully equipped, beautifully designed, and overlooking the gorgeous Moors of PTown. It was also a short ride into town, and walking distance to Race Point and the lovely Red Inn. Couldn't recommend this property more.
My friends and I rented both condos for a week of winter relaxation after Christmas. Both condos had everything we needed and were very comfortable-plenty of space, comfortable beds, and accessible kitchen. I arrived at night and was unable to see the surrounding area, but when I awoke the next morning the view was breathtaking! Not only could you go on nature walks but the house was about a ten minute walk to the center of town. Best of both worlds! Ned was very accommodating and flexible. You will truly have an amazing time here!
The BEST location in P-Town
This is the second summer we have stayed here. We are a group of 6 adults and 5 children, ages 11-16. Without a doubt, it is the PRIME location in all respect. It is located on the very end of the town with unobstructed views of the dunes and salt marshes. It is away from the hubbub of downtown, but just a short walk or bike ride to where everything is. Access to the beaches is almost at your doorstep, I.e., walking, biking or driving. Each unit is equipped with all of the amenities on could wish for, including washer/dryer, AC, sheets/towels, gas grill, sound systems, TVs, etc. we are already looking forward to next year. Thanks Ned
Best place in PTown for a large group
We booked this place as a post graduate school reunion trip with 11 people (and one baby). It did not disappoint!
First, the location is perfect. It is on the far west end of town. Though it is right on an intersection, it was very quite. Mostly bikes passing us by.
Second, the accommodations were very comfortable. The house is split into two units. We hung out in in living room a lot - that's where we did most of the cooking. The other living we used to have a movie night. So nice to have many different entertaining areas - the living rooms and the large shared deck.
Finally, the cooking facilities were perfect. We cooked the majority of meals at home. There were three grills for us to use - two used propane. Lots of pots and pans. Even a cooking thermometer!!
Overall, we were incredibly pleased - would definitely come back!
