This recently renovated condominium is located in the Lowden building right in the heart of Savannah Georgia's Historic Downtown - overlooking River Street and the Savannah River.

Large, open space with wood floors, painted brick walls, granite and stainless in Kitchen, loft-style corrugated metal ceilings, separate shower and jetted tub in large bathroom, and plantation shutters, all with a direct view of the river and all the bustling activity of River Street.

This is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo (approximately 1200 sf) with a fully equipped modern kitchen in an ideal location - directly overlooks River Street and a short walk to Ellis Square, City Market, and Broughton Street.

Walk to Everything! Directly overlooks River Street and the river and Located within walking distance to the Savannah City Market, Ellis Square, Paula Deen's famous Lady and Sons Restaurant, and over 100 shops, hotels, restaurants, and boutiques that line River Street in the beautiful Landmark Historic District of Downtown Savannah, GA.

Sit on the Balcony and watch the boats and people go by - a perfect location close to all of Savannah's fabulous restaurants and attractions.

Please note that the bedroom area is open to the living space and does not have a door on it - although we can sleep a maximum of 4 guests (2 on a queen bed in the bedroom area and 2 on a sleeper sofa in the living room), our place is generally most comfortable for 2.

We have a 3 night minimum unless there is a 2-night opening in our schedule or if a 2 night reservation is requested last-minute (within 7 nights of check-in date)...please contact us if you see a 2 night opening you would like to fill or if you would like to make a last-minute 2 night reservation...otherwise, a 3 night minimum applies.

We try to fill every night of the month so even if dates are available in our calendar, we may reject reservations that leave 1 or 2 night openings between the requested dates and another guest's reservation.. Please try to request travel dates that meet up with prior or subsequent reservations - Thank you!

$300 fully refundable reservation/damage deposit, 13% Tax will be added to rate

We live on Hilton Head Island, which is only 45 Minutes from Downtown Savannah, so this was an ideal second home location for us. We love visiting on weekends and walking to the nearby parks, squares, restaurants, shops, and museums that are so close to our condo.

What makes this condo unique

We really enjoy the waterfront view and watching all of the boats and huge container ships pass by on the Savannah River. It is also great fun sitting on the balcony and watching the people and activities on River Street. We also really love being able to walk to our favorite restaurants, local art galleries, coffee shops, and museums in the Historic District..

Beautiful condo in a great location!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was very clean and conveniently located to so many things. We walked just a short distance to the historic trolley tours and ghost tours. Also very close by was the river boat tour that we enjoyed very much. It was also very nice to sit on the balcony and watch the huge cargo ships go by on the river directly in front of the condo. There are a ton of shops and places to eat all within walking distance. The only negative was the ghost tours that stop at the shop under the condo every night. They put on several "shows" inside with sound effects that we could sometimes hear in the condo. It wasn't super loud and didn't bother us since we were up late every night but could bother some early light sleepers. Overall we loved it there and would stay again. The owner is very friendly and has lots of info on things to do in Savannah.

A perfect love nest!

We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding! It was the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the wedding weekend. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ships pass. The jetted tub was also an unexpected bonus! Ryan was fantastic to work with and anticipated questions before we could ask them. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing

The only way to experience Savannah!! Located in the heart of the historic district.. we especially enjoyed the balcony often going back to relax while people watching and let's not forget about the container ships! Condo was completely gorgeous. No detail missed. Super comfy beds, couches and towels!! Fully loaded kitchen.. they even provide coffee, tea, laundry soap and fabric sheets. The owner is great to check in before arrival to offer any help locating the property. I highly recommend if you are wanting to be in walking distance to everything the historic district has to offer this is the place!!

Great place and location

The condo is very nice. Modern amenities, great floor plan. Location is center to everything. Only thing that prevents a 5 star rating is the parking situation. There isn't an assigned place. So the only real option is to pay daily a block away or to keep moving your vehicle.

Cool Unit; Great Location!

This unit is just as pictured. We especially enjoyed the location. Fun watching the boats and barges along the river and a great place for people watching along River Street. There were a few set backs, however. Initially hard to find. Parking was an issue. We used the Whitaker Street garage in town. There is construction directly outside and the generator ran 24/7. Also, some renovation/remodeling next door, so the hammering and sawing began each morning just after 7:00 am. The unit below is a stop on the Ghosts & Gravestones bus tour and their sound effects ran from 7 pm until 11 pm each night. You get the picture-lots of noise. The icemaker did not work, so we were happy that we made a run to Kroger before checking in and remembered ice. And lastly, the lighting in the unit is very dim. We could hardly see at all in the kitchen. All in all I want to be fair. This is a great little unit for it's purpose. It's kinda cool, loved the decor and large bath and as said, a great location for getting to restaurants, tours, etc. Would book again.
