You'll love the location. This small complex is one you'll return to. Starting with the covered parking to the pristine white beaches your stay will be relaxing and trouble free. Our place is spacious with over 1400 square feet. The large den overlooking the beach through a wall of glass. Walk thru the sliding glass door to a large patio with a picnic table overlooking the beach. It's a great place to enjoy the roar of the surf and view the gulf day or night.

We love spending time with our family in the den and one the patio. The large loft offers a semi-private get away for quiet time and naps. There are 2 pull out couches to add sleeping area so you have plenty of room. Our place has recently been updated with tile floors in the kitchen and den with new carpet in the bedrooms. We have new appliances, counters, blinds, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender and lots of utensils for cooking meals. This condo has 2 TV's, 1 DVD/VCR's. Seascape complex has wifi thru-out the complex. Come visit and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Why Larry Bellan chose Alabama

We purchased at this location because we love the Orange Beach area and all it offers our family. My children range from 2 yrs old to 19 yrs old and there is something for everyone. The Seascape complex is a great place for families. It is small so you don't have to fight crowds. We are close to the sand and all you have to do is open the balcony door to hear the music of the ocean. It has a great view and the condo is spacious and homey. It holds our large family with room to spare

What makes this condo unique

We are located in the heart of Orange Beach. You are near all the essentials so you don't waste your precious vacation time running long errands for you and your family. Our place has a well equipped kitchen from dishes to pots and pans. We have games, books, videos, TV's with DVD and VCR players. The beds are comfortable and the beach view is out of this world. The covered parking adds a touch of ease that makes your time just a little more relaxing. Come stay with us!

Vacation with family May 2017

We all loved our stay at Seascape 310. This condo is convenient to everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. The view is great, there was plenty of seating for the 8 of us, it was clean and adequately furnished. Our only complaint was the small coffee pots....we are big coffee drinkers. We will definitely stay at Seascape again, it is not fancy, however, you don't have to wait on elevators or deal with a lot of people. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Amazing location and condo

We stayed here for a week with 6 people total - myself, my husband, our twin toddlers and the grandparents. The location was perfect...the condo fit all of us wonderfully and gave us all we needed for amenities in regards to kitchen,bathrooms,beds, etc. the location in regards to beach access and grocery stores is super convenient and it still is quiet ... it feels like a private beach location . Will definitely keep in mind for our next big family trip

Ocean View Is Fantastic

The GOOD : The ocean view indeed was fantastic & we had a wonderful time, cost of the rental was very reasonable & the view alone was worth the cost. The location was close to Bubba's & other good restaurants. Master bedroom had very nice bedding, drapes, & furniture, bed comfortable, slept great. The outside of the condo building & pool were in good shape. Elevator worked. Parking was under condo in shade which was great. Kitchen had nice dishes, glasses, & cookware. Central air worked fine. We would stay there again. Enjoyed our time there.

CONS: Some damaged areas on the kitchen ceiling could be repaired (must be from an old leak, it rained hard one day & no drips appeared & ceiling did not fall in) Sofa was worn & soiled looking ( renters sitting on it with sun tan oil on?) & had splits in the seat areas but we covered it with a thick soft blanket we found in a closet & it was o.k. For the price we paid still thought it was a good deal compared with other condo units that may be updated but cost about twice as much to rent. We would still recommend it.

Great location

The unit is big and beautiful. The only issues we had are that the unit needs some TLC. I contacted the owner and he's fixing the issues. The beach view is wonderful and the managers were very responsive. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach condo.

Adventure Island is across the street. They have go-carts and a wide assortment of vedio games. They have 2 nice miniture (put-put) golf courses too. There is a great biking trail thru the State Park. The Fishing in this area is fantastic. You don't have to go off shore to enjoy great fishing. The inland waterways are loaded with fish.
