Why Sarah Bedford chose Divide

Steve and Gwen Smith, Founders and Directors of Potter's Inn selected this property in 2005 because it was the most beautiful property they had ever seen. It is surrounded by three mountain ranges and in the back yard of Pikes Peak. It has a cozy, cocoon-like feel with a very peaceful setting of Colorado beauty.

What makes this cabin unique

We enjoy snow shoeing in the winter, hiking in the summer. It is so quiet here and we love to watch the wildlife around us, interacting with us.

Guestbook comments from the manager

December 2006: We planned this family get-away since early October. What a wonderful place. We came in after many inches of snow, spent Wednesday at Pikes Peak and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Next 2 days- basically snowed in. It was great! Slept, read, worked puzzles, talked, just relaxed, and of course, enjoyed the snow. Scheduled to leave tomorrow but may not be able to get home. Isn’t it great that God is in charge! This is a place we plan to return to. Thanks for making us so welcome.

What more could we say that has not already been said in your guest books at the cabin. Our stay at Christmas with my cousin (The Meyer's - Blake and Janet) and her family was wonderful. The kids loved sledding in the pasture, thank you for offering that to us. The Llamas were fun to watch and talk to. To walk out on our porch and see Pike's Peak and all of our surroundings and feel the presence of the Lord was (to use an overrated word for exclamation) awesome. Thank you for providing such a place. We will definitely be back and should you ever decide to sell, contact us before anyone else.

A quiet, majestic, and inspiring setting

  • 5 of 5

Our winter visit to Antler's Cabin on Aspen Ridge was picture perfect. The snow covered property contains a wonderful walking path, beautiful meadows, stately pines, and majestic views of Pike's Peak and the Collegiate Mountains. The mountains bathed in pink, orange, and purple each evening were breath-taking.

The rustic cabin was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially liked the wood-burning fireplace on the cold evenings and the beautiful covered porch for the warm sunshine in the mornings.

I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away from it all and relax in the beauty of nature. The location is a reasonable driving distance to a number of points of interest including shopping, hiking, skiing, and dining.

This was the best vacation I've had in a long time. We were perfectly cozy and stocked to have an awesome time with friends. I loved the private, 35 acres to explore and lounge anywhere with friends. Definitely returning!
